My happy discovery of the week Babybel cheese... 2 pts for regular 1 pt for light. Along those same lines is Laughing Cow cheese wedges 1 pt. Yum. I also eat a couple carrot sticks with a tablespoon of Hummus at dinner to help me feel fuller. Brown rice cooked in chicken broth is very satisfying. For me fiber = full.
FYI you even try to go san Diego comic con without me and I will come after you with a star trek action figure. La was v.hot and worth experiencing although I didn't feel very relaxed there.
san diego great ...it is in southern calif ,,lived there 10 yrs..got the beach ,zoo, parks fun place.. then LA has the fun places also ,also in the june? they have Comic Con which a nerd feast ..check it out ,lots of sunny weather all year long .my English side of my family visit me ..lol I had a hard time getting them back on the plane ,,they didn't want to leave ,, they love it alot ..keep warm there girl
Trains can't cope if it's 2cold, 2wet, 2dry, 2hot or a stray leaf is on a track. It's the burden we face. :)
I'm going to try lots of pasta (it fills you up for longer) and have about 3 tonnes of fruit surrounding me.
Every1 thinks they have bad weather @the moment well I had to (honest to God you won't believe this), I had to wear a scarf today & turn heater on in car it was that cold! & theres a warning it mite drizzle later! Seriously!
I'm already starting to plan Xmas. Hadn't thought about next year though. Will definitely have to have a review of the last few months & what I want to get out of it next.
Idea/Question: For your June holiday, do you want to just have lazy day by a pool or something more adventurous? Might help pinpoint a location by knowing what kind of holiday you want.

Suggestions to bulk up meals: butternut squash cubes / other veg (cauliflower) roasted at 425 F with oil/spices til brown/crispy.
