@m1kasd Hey man that is how most footballers are. Their coaches know they should be doing the lifts but they don't know how to teach them. If you really want to destroy people in football find a real coach to teach you the lifts and it will give you a huge edge.

anyone playing with kettlebells should get some basic training with the snatch form - the hip snap is idential. ditto for 'kipping' pullups, high rep burpees (watch your back) and flick flaks
