I've seen women flip out like this many times, they can be very emotional when they have lots of things going on in their lives. this lady was obviously upset about something, she must of found out her husband cheated on her on top of being stressed out over kids and paying bills, and held it in for a long time. I think the cart hit another car in the parking lot when it rolled away, which was what triggered it.
