She was actually using her voice to lure them to their deaths----- It's kind of like how the Sirens of Ancient Greek mythology used their voices to lure sailors into crashing their ships on the rocks, causing them to die. Either way the Hocus Pocus interpretation is the best one, its just it wasn't composed as a full song, it was only made to have the first 2 lines sung for that short part of the scene and my point is that they should go back in remake the song into a full form
