Someone gave me this movies' CD years ago nd I never cared to watch it..then someone a week ago asked me to read the novel so I just read the summary of this novel nd that made me want to watch this movie...

Absolutely. This is a great movie that is also a great learning tool. Movies like this can teach intolerant people how to except peoples differences. This movie is about true love. If true love is there, all things are possible. She didn't die in vain at the end.

Also when he takes her to the state line, and tells her that she is in two places at one time. The four favorite part is when He stands up when all of the other students are making fun of her. He just walks up and clocks the asshole across the face. I would have done that and maybe even more.

I loved someone with or without a terminal illness I would do anything to make them happy. It would feel just that much more amazing to do it for a wonderful person who I knew wouldn't be alive much longer. I would do anything to make some of their wishes or desires become a reality. This movie I think proved that Mandy Moore was not only an amazing singer, but quite a talented actress as well. I just watched this movie for the first time in 10 years, and it had all new meaning for me. 10 years ago I thought this movie was cute, but had no meaning to me. Now 10 years on, I love this movie.
