Define funny please because I'm planning on dyeing my (natural) blonde hair which was also dyed even lighter a couple of months ago- black. So D: it'd be really helpfull if you tel me how it would look "funny"

if your going to dye your hair yourself with that awful store bought crap, never start at the roots like you just did. Always start with the ends because the roots are closest to your scalp which is warmer and therefore the dye heats up and changes faster. You run the risk of having darker roots than ends. Ps. I wouldn't call that hair you had blonde- more like cheap pumpkin.

To prevent your head form burning when dying or bleaching it, do not brush/comb or wash your hair for one day prior. Then, do not wash your hair before you put in the product.
What happens is when you brush/comb or wash your hair, it can scratch and irritate the hair follicles and scalp. Putting bleach or dye on top of your head at that point is literally like putting acid on an open wound.
umm read the damn instructions before doing something like that.
