That was nice , but was he steppin? No most of the time he was poppin, and locking. Come on, Steppin is ment to be Steppin especially in a contest. And for the most part his partner really didn't do anything but stand there watching him do his part time steppin footwork, and part time 80's poppin , and lockin.
