  • Christians talking about doublespeak. LOL!

  • @kamlem That lame excuse isn't going to fly when you stand before God on judgment day. There was no doublespeak from Jesus -- and He is the only one that matters. As for His followers well, they're sinners who have been saved by grace. Some don't mature in their walk, others backslide and can succumb to one of Jesus' most hated sins: hypocrisy. And the are also more than a few fake believers in the ranks. There are also many, many straight talkers. Your charge is irrelevant & doublespeak.

  • LOL Oh yes, by all means, let's trot out Courtney Love when pretending to have a serious discussion about music. These morons may as well have used the writers of the latest Swiffer jingle.

  • @WilliamBlackWolf There's logic for you. Present hundreds of examples covering a broad range of tastes and styles. Then have someone pick out one person they don't like, do an ad hominem on them, and then reject the entire apologetic. You are destined for great things in life. I pray that they don't continue in the afterlife.

  • @VorthosForum In this case it's not an apologetic, it's a polemic, and a very poor one at that. Myself and others have pointed out the myriad nonfactual statements and conspiratorial distortions and utter nonsense presented in this video. The fact that Courtney Love is trotted out as a subject for an ostensibly meaningful critique of Rock music, just shows how silly the whole endeavour is, once one realises how shoddy all Holmberg's arguments are besides.

  • @heavensclown Is that not highly speculative though? Even I accept that Lucifer here is actually Satan, which is hotly debated among scholars, can I jump to a conclusion that Satan was the musical minister in Heaven? I think that involves major speculation and assumption. You are drawing a great many conclusions from one passage in scripture. I don't doubt that Satan influences culture for his gain, but this stuff with Robert Johnson and backward masking has no real credibility.

  • As much as I think Eric Holmberg is a sincere man and a great speaker, I cannot believe he would argue that Satan puts in music reversals. There is not a shred of scientific proof that any of these reversals are anything more than phonetics. Read William Poundstone's Big Secret. This stuff about the crossroads and Robert Johnson has no foundation at all. Just criticize the message forwards and let go of this backwards masking idea. In fact sing the lines yourself and reverse them...

  • @razputin34 Backmasking has been studied and proven.

  • @Calbenmike Please name one study that proves that an engineered reversal can be perceived or have any effect on our behavior. Not only that, but Holmberg argues that Satan has used the musician like an instrument and has caused forward lyrics to be playable backwards and understood. There is no science at all for this. Wilson Brian Key is not scientific evidence.

  • @razputin34 Stairway to Heaven is a classic example of backmasking. The lyrics mean the same forward as they do backwards in some areas. Satan can influence music and does influence music. Satanism has been rampant in music for over 60 years. John Todd provided great insight to the music industry.

  • @Calbenmike This is hardly a scientific proof for backward masking. This has thrown around because several broken up parts of the song sound like something. This is no different than finding Jesus in a Taco or an elephant in the clouds. You hear or see what you want too. If you played the entire song backwards without someone pointing out what it says, you might make out a few words here and there. Where is one study that proves that this has any effect on our behavior.

  • @razputin34 Subliminal influence has been proven. Search YT for this proof.

  • @Calbenmike BTW, I have spent plenty of time looking into this, but Youtube videos don't prove that subliminals have any real effect on you. I need science on this, not anecdotal evidence. There was a study done in Israel on this subject, but it was far from definitive. There is just not any real evidence that this stuff works. People spend millions of dollars on tapes and DVDs that will cure them of all of their problems, but look at the final product...failure.

  • @Calbenmike I am certainly not saying that if you actually hear a message over and over that it can't have effect on you, but this stuff is not even actually heard. It is reversed and it is jibberish. Even the songs that have actual engineered reversals are not perceptible by the human brain. There is nothing to prove this at all. Like I said take any music you have and play it backward, amid all of the jibberish you will hear recognizable words from time to time. This is simply an elephant

  • @Calbenmike in a cloud. Satan has enough influence with forward lyrics, he doesn't need to waste time with a silly idea of reversing words in songs. Even if I grant you that in Stairway, the "sweet satan" stuff is actually being said, what power does that have. It is not commanding anyone to do anything. It would Plant saying he loves Satan. I am sorry, but this is not Biblical and it is not even close to scientific. You can find the devil in anything with this kind of argument.

  • @Calbenmike Do you believe Johnson sold his soul to the Devil and by doing so was given the ability to play guitar?

  • @razputin34 Satan can impart talents for his will absolutely. This has been proven from eyewitness and personal accounts.

  • @Calbenmike Where do you find this in the Bible? Give me scripture for this? Some friends telling us that there is no way he could have learned to play, isn't proof. No one was there at the crossroads, in fact there is no proof he was ever at those crossroads. There is so little proof in any of this. It isn't Biblical and it surely isn't scientific.

  • @Calbenmike BTW, if I grant that Johnson met a man claiming to be Satan, how do you know he met Satan or some demon?

  • @razputin34 The legend of Johnson was that he obtained his guitar prowess from Satanic influence. How else do you explain his talent after several months?

  • @Calbenmike Satanic influence??? What is satanic influence? Where do find this in the Bible? Let me ask you this, is satan Omniscient or Omnipresent? I could argue that Johnson has a talent for this and spent some time practicing. I have a friend that can play guitar and can play songs by listening to them...it took him a few months to get pretty good. I have to get to church, but I will continue this later.

  • @razputin34 Johnson himself admitted to selling himself to Satan. Talk to most Satanists and they will tell you that the reason why they involved themselves with Satanic worship it was for power and material things. Satan can and does influence people's behaviors. His demons also do his bidding. In Satanism also reverse lyrics, words, and habits are taught. Aliester Crowley taught this in his writings. Crowley was idolized by Jimmy Page. Why you find these things hard to believe?

  • @Calbenmike Wait. It isn't about what I find hard to believe. Evidence. I need evidence. Where is there anything in Bible that describes anything like this? LaVey was a self styled Satanist. He didn't believe in a being named Satan. He just used the Judeo-Christian Satan as a symbol of self worship. Lavey was a materialist. He viewed the world the same way as a Richard Dawkins. I am enjoying the conversation, but evidence is what is required here. You are saying Satan influences, etc.

  • @Calbenmike but where is the proof. Trust me, I believe that Satan is real and does everything he can to attack us. Let me take a slightly different direction with Robert Johnson. Would you consider yourself a Calvinist? If God is completely sovereign, then Johnson was not one of the elect. Therefore, he was lost and always would be lost. He didn't have to sell his soul, it was always bound for hell. I am one that looks for consistency in what I believe, so I try to think critically.

  • @Calbenmike I do not doubt that guys like Page admire men like Crowley. I have no doubt that these men influenced many a person growing up. There is enough in the forward lyrics to influence the youth. I think it is good to come against this kind of garbage, however telling people that Satan is hiding messages in music by putting them in backwards, requires scriptural and scientific evidence. The case is flimsy. I would ask why you find this so easy to believe? I would love to ask Eric..

  • @razputin34 Regarding backmasking, it is done intentially and unitentially. How do you suppose the soothsayers, the magicians, and astrologers of the Old Testament were able to do their deceptions? I say through Satanic influence and ability. The same way people that mess with Ouija boards and Tarot cards today. I would consider myself a Calvanist. I think it's good that you're examining these points and not taking them at face value. Regarding backmasking, I believe it to be real at times.

  • @Calbenmike Well I would argue that people can be fooled rather easily. I don't know if you have ever watched the atheist magician Derren Brown, but I would encourage you to do so. He does nothing more than basic magic and psychology to fool people, but it is amazing how many people think he has real powers. I just don't find this stuff in the Bible. These people that used astrology believed it to be real and sometimes that is good enough to continue fooling yourself.

  • @Calbenmike How much power does satan have over our a believers life? I think Tarot cards and the Ouija are just nonsense. Ouija is automotor response by the participants. I would argue that Tarot cards do nothing. They are just a waste of time and money and represent man's attempts at contacting the spirit world. I would just say there is enough influence for bad in the forward lyrics and in the movies. Satan is winning a war in this world. We as Christians need to come against it.

  • @Calbenmike I do enjoy this dialogue with you and I appreciate you taking time away from your busy life to respond. I believe it is healthy and encouraging for Christians to engage in these discussions. I think we can learn a great deal from one another.

  • @razputin34 Iron shapens iron brother. There are accounts in the Old Testament where false prophets were able to duplicate the miracles performed by God's chosen. Satan isn't as powerful as God, nor is he everywhere, all knowing, or omnipitant. I have this video Hells Bells 2 and I find it to be very compelling. Music is a very powerful tool used by Satan and it definately influences people, especially young people.

  • @Calbenmike a Calvinist himself, why this matters in the end. The chosen of God WILL come to Him and this music stuff cannot cause any of them to be lost.

  • Not hypocracy, I play Christian music around my house as a conscious and intentional choice to to fill my mind and heart with praises to God. The alternative is a diet of garbage. Ask any Christian musician and they will tell you that they desire to be transparent and that the Lord be glorified and honored through them. A vessel... Soli Deo Gloria!

  • Obviously it has huge power because all of the ancient group gatherings are gone. And Christian rock is now a huge business so they are getting into it. Hypocracy.

  • if you don't mind the stupid christian propaganda, this is a great rock documentry! great footage, interviews, quotes

  • @aoterou yeah!! i agree with you on that

  • I once thought music didnt have any effect on me until i opened my mind and heart.

  • @Ozzrya91

Having religion and being called a Christian will not get you into Heaven. The Bible says that there is only one way into Heaven and that is through Jesus Christ. You have to be born again. You have to have been saved to have your name in the Lamb's Book of Life. The way is made so easy yet so many reject it. All one has to do is repent of their sins, turn to Jesus Christ in true belief and ask Him for His forgiveness and mercy. The Bible says He is just to forgive us of our sins.

  • @Ozzrya91

A lot of people profess to be Christians with their mouth but their heart is far from Christ and most likely not truly saved at all and have a false conversion. Many people claim to be religious but religion is nothing more than man made attempt to earn their way into Heaven. If you're truly saved, you'll know it because the love of Jesus Christ abounds in you and you're sealed with the Holy Spirit. You develop a thirst for His Word and desire to abstain from sin.

  • @Ozzrya91

I don't understand your argument? Just because you don't understand the ways of God shouldn't make anyone doubt His existence. Does God have to give reason for everything He's done or does? Are we on His level or above Him? No, we are His creation. The devil tried to elevate himself above God once and you see where that got him? The devil was cast out of heaven and with him he took a third of the stars with him. The stars were fallen angels which are now demons which do his bidding.

  • @Ozzrya91

I believe the devil has the power to take on the appearance of things to bring about deception in someone's heart. Take for instance those who have claimed to "talked to the dead". They're not talking to the dead at all rather they are communicating with demons. Demons taking on the appearance of a long lost loved one perhaps. None of this is out of reason.

  • @Ozzrya91

Why not? Who can know the mind of God. Just because you don't understand God's ways and intentions shouldn't make you lose faith in Him. I don't understand everything in the Bible but you know what? I still have faith in Him and Him alone! After all, I'm just a man and He is God!

  • @Ozzrya91 A rational mind sees God in life. The bible points to other beings witnessing our experience. They are the unfallen worlds, separated from us due to our separation from God (Read Job) In fact God brings rationality to our theories and saves us from having to make crazy theories that are not based on science. Helium creating everything, now that's faith. Chaos creating order, now that's faith. No matter how much you want to believe in theories based on theories does not make truth.

  • @Ozzrya91

God created the Heavens and the Earth, man and woman and every living creature that walks on the earth, lives in the sea and fly's in the air. There is no mention of any other creation so I would say no. I do not believe in E.T. Know this, the devil is the prince of the air and can come as an angel of light. The Bible shows us that the devil still has heavenly realm as witnessed in JOB. I bring it up because I believe the devil deceives many into believing there are alien life forms.

  • @ajhnson Hold on there, didn't Jesus say something to the effect of having to visit "other tribes" or something to that effect? Speaking in a purely Biblical sense, life on other planets is a distinct possibility.

  • @Ozzrya91

Ozz, as a Christian, I love you brother. I'm not your enemy and nothing you can say will change my mind about the love of Jesus Christ. At one time I was a bad as they come and I thought I had all the answers but I was wrong. I was on my way to hell when the Holy Spirit begun to tug at my heart. I answered the call and now I'm saved and my life has changed! No, I'm not a "kooky christian". I'm just someone who see the warning signs ahead and cares enough about your soul to warn you.

  • @Ozzrya91

Psalm 14:1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God.

  • @Ozzrya91

Science is man attempting to know and understand God's creations with his limited sense, knowledge and wisdom.

  • @Ozzrya91

I'm a born again Christian washed in the blood of Jesus Christ. I feel the presence of the Holy Spirit within me which is something you will never understand unless you are saved. I pray to Christ and read my Bible daily so you see, I don't "assume" anything. I know!

  • @Ozzrya91

Spiritual recognition is by experience of the Spirit not by scientific method. Furthermore, God created everything and everyone for His glory so it's not about you. Romans 1:23 "For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities- his eternal power & divine nature- have been clearly seen, being understood by what has been made, so that men are without excuse."

  • @Ozzrya91

Your problem is that you try and reason the things of God in your small human mind by trying to elevate yourself to His level. How arrogant!

The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 2:16 For who has known the mind of the Lord? God created you and I, the Heavens and the Earth. It doesn't matter what you say or believe, God can do anything He wants. God has made salvation so easy for you and I yet you reject Him. Why?

  • HAIL SATAN!

  • @SatansMullet

Hell is full of people just like you who thought it was cool to worship the beast. You think satan is your friend? Think again!

  • I agree music can affect people and society but not as drastic to it being the sole cause of human actions. I listen to Boredoms and John Zorn and i havent gone insane yet haha

  • @flipperboy

How do you feel about Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, the Son of God?

  • It would be just as easy to make a similar documentry and question the christian church

  • @MrFrancis79

You can't blame the Church for a few bad apples. Question as much as you like and like all skeptics of Christ, you'll come up short.

  • Oh Yes...I accept what this clown says as truth...because I have been there....HaHo ! No one forces another to accept it...either one does, or not...it is their choice. But it is better to look into it to see if it is true than to just make snap decision.

  • @MrRunningwolfe So you believe that listening to non-secular music puts your eternal soul in jeopardy?

As much as the "clown" reaches for an explanation on how listening to the Red Hot Chili Peppers is a golden ticket to Hell, one can take his angle and apply it to just about anything that's not about Jesus.

I'm still listening to this and I'm not hearing any truth.

  • @Irishtupperware ...Your listening, but not understanding. If you want to hear what you want, there are a lot of people out there who will scratch that itch. I have said all that I am ging to say...I am sure there is more than enough people out therre who will argue you with you. I won't . Shalom

  • I wish everyone could hear this and understand the truth.

  • Don't tell me you accept what this clown says as the "truth"

  • Comment removed

  • @Irishtupperware

    Only a fool would not.

  • @ajhnson Only a fool would not what? I'm sorry, listening to something DOES NOT damn your eternal soul.

As far as homosexuality is concerned, if God was so against homosexuals; He would not of made them that way now would he?

Same goes for abortion. If what you believe is actually the truth, then it's all part of "God's perfect plan".

  • @Irishtupperware

God didn't make homosexuals. People engrossed in sin made that decision themselves. God gave us our own free will to choose to live in sin and die without salvation or to choose Christ and be saved. My job is to plant the seed in a person's heart and let the Lord do the rest. I'm not here to beat anyone over the head with a stick.

  • @Irishtupperware

"listening to something DOES NOT damn your eternal soul?" Well maybe and maybe not. Anyone constantly listening to music that has lyrics of worshiping the devil or blaspheming Jesus Christ may want to think real hard about that. I have a friend who lived that and even worshiped the devil. He's now a born again Christian serving mightily for the Lord. I wish you could talk to him.

  • @Irishtupperware

Again, don't blame God for the sins of man and woman. We all freely choose to sin or not. God's perfect plan is that we may turn to Jesus, repent of our sins, seek forgiveness and ask Jesus to save us. It's so easy to do yet so many reject his perfect plan of salvation! Hell is full of souls right now who are screaming out because they rejected Christ. I'm sure many of them thought they had their whole lives to choose but suddenly died prematurely. It's too late for them now.

  • @ajhnson Again, you failed to answer anything. I'm not blaming God.

If He is so against homosexuality, then why did He make homosexuals?

If abortion is so wrong, why did He allow Roe v. Wade to go the way it did?

Lemme ask you this also. Do you believe that God can do anything?

  • @Irishtupperware

No, I gave answers to your questions. You just didn't read them. Nevertheless, here again is one answer to all your questions.

    1. God made the Heavens and the earth. He can do anything including giving man and woman a free-will to choose right and wrong which is what he did. We're not robots. We are responsible for the decisions we make.

  • @ajhnson God can do anything? Can he heal an amputee? No.

Could he save us from our sins without having his son executed in a brutal fashion? No. So there are things that even God cannot do.

And for the record, I did read your answers; I guess you could say I'm just not buying into it.

  • @Irishtupperware

First of all because you are uneducated of the things in the Bible I will explain. God was Jesus in human flesh. There had to be a blood sacrifice to atone for the sins of mankind so God sent his only begotten Son (himself). Your problem is that you try and reason the things of God in your human mind instead of merely accepting His free gift of salvation. If you became deathly ill, would you accept the antidote and live or would you say "no thanks" I don't believe in the cure?

  • @ajhnson 1) Don't assume I'm uneducated concerning the bible. I was indoctrinated also. Just not into the fundamentalist camp.

    2) You admit that a blood sacrifice had to be made in order to save us from sin. So I guess that proves that there are things that God cannot do, doesn't it?

    3) The antidote analogy was weak. You can't compare theories with known facts. Apples and oranges there, pal.

  • @Irishtupperware

You see, there's the problem. You said you were "indoctrinated"? I felt the tugging on my heart by the Holy Spirit and I answered the call. No one indoctrinated me. I don't have religion, I have Jesus in my heart. I'm not worried when I die, I rejoice because absent from my body is to be present with the Lord. I have that assurance. What about you?

  • @ajhnson Well, I can see the white flag in your hand being waved frantically. Is there any among you who can logically defend your beliefs?

You also failed to explain how listening to music can endanger your soul. Biblical quotations and dropping the name of Jesus doesn't explain anything.

  • @Irishtupperware

No white flag here. No one in history has ever been able to disprove our beliefs, disprove God's existence, give logical proof that God does not exist and the Bible is fake so what all the sudden makes you the "chosen one" (sarcasm).

  • @ajhnsonYou have turned this from "explain to me how music condems your soul to hell" to "let's try and debate about existence of God and relevance of the bible because I really can't give a satisfactory answer to your original question".

People like Holmberg here, and I'm guessing yourself; see everything in black and white; absolute good and absolute evil. The truth is, there is very little of either, it's all shades of gray. What you may think of in terms of absolute good isn't always.

  • @Irishtupperware Grey is made up of ...black & white. Everybody, including you, judges in black and white-good is the standard. The question is where is this standard located?

Your judgement that things are mostly grey area, can only be made because you assume a coherent standrad of right/wrong. We submit that God is the ultimate, and absolute determiner of what is good. It is ultimately His Law that you must borrow from to make any judgement, whether you like it or not or realize it or not.

  • @Irishtupperware

Irish, You're trying too hard to disprove God's existence with questions that hardly have any real logic to them so I see no need to further this discussion. Enclosing I will leave you with this passage spoken by Jesus at the sermon of the Mount.....

Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you, MAT 7:6

  • @ajhnson I'm not trying to disprove God. At this point in time, to prove or disprove God's existence is impossible.

  • @Irishtupperware

One more thing Irish, no amount of truth, evidence or convincing will make anyone come Jesus unless they are called by the Holy Spirit. We are all called at some time in our life. The unpardonable sin is when someone continues to reject the calling of the Holy Spirit until which point that the Holy Spirit leaves that person and no longer calls them to Christ. Without the Holy Spirit one cannot be saved. Their heart is hardened and they are given over to a reprobate mind.

  • VERY GOOD RESEARCH

its a real serios investigation not like they sold their souls yhat overexagerate in communicate that is satan work reapeting over again all time

people who doesnt believ must see all investigation so its about the right words with charity but telling the TRUTH about rock

  • Eric Holmberg is a another complete Fuckin stupid ass christian pointing at famous musicians as a tool for satan to deceive; while he doesnt have the brains to figure out that the core christian doctrines are simply shit that roman emperors and popes decided he should believe.

  • True,,It will come a time when all this controversy wont matter one bit,,We as human beings are lying to ourselves when we say there is a physical god being that dictates what are so-called fate is to be after death..

  • is this your biased perception? or is it factual evidence pushed by your hatred for religion?

is accusation your only method when your kind is presented with researched information like this?

Cristianity has no popes nor does it descend from roman paganism.. you are getting catholicism and Cristianity mixed up.

  • Christians accept and believe in the nicene creed that was established during the first ecumenical council meeting in 325ce. And yes for council decisions to be valid they were approved by the pope.

  • again, the pope has nothing to do within Christianity.

You seem to be grouping all Christians in the nicene creed. up until now i had never heard of such, as it is not part of any message Christ left. It was the religious folk who wanted to corrupt His teachings and create their own book about who God is, when in fact they failed to recognize their identity which is in Christ.

  • It was the religious folk that came up with the crap you think jesus taught!!!! Youve just now learned of the nicene creed? You must be living under a rock all your life, clueless. That creed was established at the first "catholic ecumenical council meeting". "Ecumenical" meaning accepted by ALL churches. Current christianity was formally established at these meetings. The Nicene Creed is the primary beliefs of christianity.

    Google: Nicene Creed

    Google: Catholic Ecumenical Councils

  • sometimes i am really ashamed to call myself a christian, after watching this is one of those times... im sure that Eric you have a good heart, but come on mate, your just making all this say what you want it to say... why is it that christians are the most judgemental people... i just want to try to be christ like and care about and love others not condemn or judge... gay straight whoever, thats why im a christian, i dont want all the bull shit that seems to get thrown in with it!

  • Good comment!

  • @monayork

Homosexuality is an abomination to the Lord God as written in the Holy Bible. You can call yourself a Christian all you want but if your beliefs don't line up with the teachings of Jesus Christ then you may not even be saved at all. Also your usage of vulgarity is not a good representation of your faith in Christ.

  • /watch?v=fFH0khjgA0U

  • so wait a minute..... Christianity is against Gays and lesbians rite? so why are they slandering Eminems song? Ive been listening to hard rock/metal for years and there has been no negative impact on me, i respect my friends and family, i am polite, i try my best at work, so what if i were to listen to highway to hell, how does that make me a bad guy?

  • Satanism has convinced many gays, that it holds the key to their "freedom". Also th eact of bumming someone pleases a satanist, even if he isnt gay, because he know god doesnt like it.

And believe me, now I am 42, and read more, and can research on the internet, I am starting to surely believe that there are MILLIONS of Satanists out there, and they have gotten into our govts, and threatened all our leaders.

The Nazis were satanists (check it out), and they didnt die, they just surrendered !

  • ok do you notice a trend as of late in Christianity,,all these preachers are coming out of the closet and all these preissts are being busted with little boys,,so the church has to change with the times to cover their asses,,now being gay isn't a sin..

  • The problem with homosexuality opposition lies is the fact that one cannot produce an offspring if one's partner is of the same sex... By the same token, what good is a person that wastes his ability to create a beautiful living being that is the combination of love?

it is only because you are probably very self-aware that music has not affected you beliefs or attitude... But music is expression.. and we act upon what we feel... just look at people who love rap... their attitudes are terrible.

  • So I take it that you are opposed to a man marrying a woman who sterile because of cancer, birth defects, or an injury?

  • you must have completely misunderstood my comment.

how can you assume such atrocities? do you know me personally to be assuming such?

thank you for accusing me Nate. I truly hope God opens the eyes of your heart.

  • The reason you gave for opposing homosexuality is that they cannot have children and so the "ability to create a beautiful living being" out of love is wasted on them. That argument seems illogical to me because obviously, marrying a sterile woman is not wrong, even though she does not have the "ability to create a beautiful living being" out of love. I wasn't accusing you of anything. I am opposed to homosexuality as well. I just know my reasons a little better than you know yours.

  • duude.. come on man! listen to how that sounds " i just know my reasons a little better than yours". Marriage is a covenant between man and woman, and i have no problem with marrying a sterile person or anything which could hinder birth because i know that the Lord provides miracles. those who are homosexual become such usually because they have been abused, violated, mistreated.. so rejecting them is not the solution, but helping them treat their wounds is ideal.

  • liteovershadows, this isn't worth it to me because you don't understand what I'm saying, you misquote me, and you don't think logically. 1) I agree marriage is a covenant between a man and woman. But who even mentioned marriage yet? 2) Yes God performs miracles. But remember, if you were arguing with a non-Christian, they would point out that children between gays wouldn't be a miracle too difficult for God either. 3) I don't shun gays, I have gay friends.

  • it wasn't worth my time to respond to your condescending question also, but i did, not because i wanted to argue with you.. but because i felt that your intention when you asked your question was accusative. is God delighted when His children point out each others' faults? legalistic Christianity is still religion. If i were talking with a non-christian i wouldn't be arguing, but discussing.. for a man convinced against his will, has the same opinion still.

  • I find it ironic that you get up in arms if someone assumes anything about you, yet you are assuming MrRunningwolfe must be beneath you in some way to be condescending and say, 'don't tell me you accept what this clown says as the 'truth'. It's quite obvious that you DO think you're more intelligent than most who are commenting on this video and that your opinion is the right one. One only has to read a few of your comments to come to that conclusion. Again, ironic.

  • It's true that music has an effect on people, because it's an exaggeration of human feelings that people can relate to. But no one goes out torturing and killing people just because he listens to Cannibal Corpse, and no one will beat up homosexuals just because he just heard that Eminem song. People who do this are either completely insane or amoral or both.
