well the way i meant for it to be in the story is that Criss Angel's trick was to kill Kenny... then bring him back to life... the reason Kyle says "Bad ass" instead of "Bastard" is because he thought the trick was "bad ass"... if you see later when Satan kills Kenny, Kyle then says "Bastard"...
