If you change the baseplate of this router (DW621) for one with 200mm diameter you will have more stability in the tool and will have a better tool on hands. If you do a pattern well finished you can have a better cut. Router bits with bearings in the arbor will produce better square cuts if you need it. Vacuum can be used, to remove dust, your health is important.
