How to Make a Prank Background for Your Computer

prtsc is a button on your key board which is called "print screen" depending on your key board it should be to the right of the F12 key. Really all you must do is hit that key. You don't need to press the control key with it.

I am sorry but i do not completely get your question. If you are in paint you can close it an reopen it to reset it. I am not sure if that answers your question or not.

im srry to ask but im 11 yrs old and i think il rly be in trouble....i was on ms paint and i accendtly clicked the background button and...the background turned all white

You just have to hold ctrl and Print Screen at the same time. Print screen it by the f12 key.
