This poor little girl went thru something no innocent child should have to endure. She knows and if someone were to hurt her children, she would instantly know something amiss. I tried to watch videos with "both sides of the story" I still don't see how both Little Kelsey's legs could be broken at the same time and not be noticed as abuse. One video said one leg was broken cause of her sprained ankle and not using her leg and the other leg was broken because she overcompensated by trying to not walk on her already hurt leg... from all these pictures and videos, Kelsey seems small enough that putting more weight on one leg shouldn't have broken it.
I don't know if her mom actually noticed, or if the monster step dad just planned his abuse when Kelsey had already been hurt. The video I mentioned earlier disabled comments even tho it asks for help to free kelsey's mom. It sounds like BULL to me,

He was trying to provide for his daughter, one would think if he had any idea, he would have put in for family leave, I have two brothers and one sister over seas and it may be difficult to get family emergency leave, but by God that would qualify if he knew what was going to happen to his little girl.

I tried to watch videos with "both sides of the story" I still don't see how both Little Kelsey's legs could be broken at the same time and not be noticed as abuse. One video said one leg was broken cause of her sprained ankle and not using her leg and the other leg was broken because she overcompensated by trying to not walk on her already hurt leg... from all these pictures and videos, Kelsey seems small enough that putting more weight on one leg shouldn't have broken it.

And you know what may be the saddest thing of all???? Many people join the millitary to earn income to take better care of their families. I don't know if this was the case here but it very well could have been. We no longer have the draft in this country. I don't believe the mother didn't know something was wrong. Seeing this poor little girl with both her legs in casts at the same time was heartbreaking. That's no accident.

i read Raye Dawns video and someone said how Kelsey had only 2bruises and it was with the dad. Ive seen quite a few pics with bruises. Cut lips,ect. She was very much abused and her mother is at fault. Even if she didnt kill her she helped it. Why? because as a mother i would have seen it.. When a mother loves her child and pays attention they youll see it.

No i never said anyone had to agree with me. but i see that other people feel the same way with what they have said in their comments. and yes, everyone does have their own opinions. but i really don't think its fair to blame him, as he was thousands of miles away from his baby and they guilt of that will be with him for the rest of his life. Knowing now, that when he was "away" at work this was happening to his baby girl. now all he has are memories and pictures.

Why in dear God should he carry any blame or guilt? He was trying to provide for his daughter, one would think if he had any idea, he would have put in for family leave, I have two brothers and one sister over seas and it may be difficult to get family emergency leave, but by God that would qualify if he knew what was going to happen to his little girl.

umm ok, if you were thousands of miles away for ur child and not always able to have contact with the people you love. do you honestly think you would know every second of everyday what exactly was going on at home while ur in a totally different country with no way of contacting ur child when you want to. Yes, Kelsey had two parents! but in all honesty her mother was the primary care giver, who should have protected Kelsey from "her Boyfriend" I'm pretty sure if Lance had any idea his daughter was being abused, he would hvae done all he could to protect her. he wasn't there because he was off doing his job and obviously thought he could trust that his daughter was going to be properly taken care of by "her mother" So you can twist this all you want, he was unaware his child was being hurt!

How could Kelsey's dad possibly be at any blame for what happened to Kelsey. He was at war fighting for his country and thought his daughter was being taken care of properly by her mother. A mother should know when something isn't right with her child and should know when her child is being abused. especially when there is visible evidence. I have had 5 children. Two of them were step-children. There is NO WAY that a true mother could not see the signs of abuse!!!!....You low life belong in jail!!! There is no place for you in society.
