For her dress Just get a tinker bell Halloween costume and tailor the skirt a bit, Add an under skirt and petti coat(to make it poof out). You can get the wings at a costume or Halloween store. for the socks just get the high thigh white ones from hot topic and remove the ribbons and sew on the pink trim. the accessories can be easily made by hand.
