People need to realize that when "weather" in San Francisco is posted, they always post DOWNTOWN weather. Looking up weather on a particular day will not show the weather for the rest of the city, which is typically colder/foggier. There were actually camera crews on this day in San Francisco taping kids at City College who brought out sleds. Don't look at San Francisco weather and think that's the weather of the whole city.

This isn't San Francisco. I looked up the weather history for San Francisco on March 10, 2006 and the high temperature was 50 and the low was 41. No way it can be snowing. It was actually raining. This is somewhere else.

Thanks! It can be hard to tell when there are no visible street signs or landmarks.

I wonder if it was citywide. Since it probably came off the ocean, it would make sense that it was worse in the Sunset and Richmond.

When it only lasts for a few hours, it's fun. When you have to live in it for five months of every year, the charm wears off. Eight years and I still don't miss it. Green Christmas for me!
