If only he could get that little bit of agression out of the way he could become world champion again. On a scale of 10 he has an agression of 11 on track. A little bit too much which costs him dear points. That for Hamilton and a normal Ferrari (by standards: top 2 car on the grid) for Alonso and they would both kick Vettels ass. If it so inferior how come Massa has done 2 fastest laps in it? That if anything proves it has the race pace. Even Red Bull themselves have admitted both Ferrari and McLaren are as fast as they are now in the races. In the last 5 races Red Bull has only won once!
Sorry but I derive my facts from a statistics site and what Alonso scores there on average places him below both Vettel and Hamilton, and below drivers like Damon Hill and Nigel Mansell.

Of course this statistics site says Vettel is higher in average scoring, to be honest he should be given he has had the best car for 2 years running now (from mid-2009 onwards), Alonso had the best car for the first half of 2006, and has never had one since (except perhaps 2007, though the relative performance then was more to do with track layout than car performance alone). I am not doubting his speed, but his race craft is worse than Massa's and has only proven his speed against Mark Webber of note.
Alonso wa VOTED as the best driver on todays grid, part way through last year. Later the same year, Alonso stated he believed Hamilton was the fastest. Vettel is good, but way overrated.

If I ment the most skillful driver today it would definatly be: Shumacker, Alonso, Barichello, Button. If I was to say the most exiting it would be: Hamilton, Webber, Alonso, De Rosta. Don't think I am biased because I am not, I may be a huge Hamilton fan but respect Alonso as one of the greatest racing drivers. Vettle is better now, but he will go down

jwmm4eva needs to get his head out off lewis hamilton's ass. The team orders were the teams decision of what would be best for the team. F1 is a team sport and they have allowed team orders again, they were only banned for one year. Hamilton cheats all the team, the whole Mclaren team knew about the Ferrari spying thing and only Alonso was good enough to report it. Hamilton is CRAP, im from the UK and even I admit it. Jenson Button and Paul De Rista are good though. :D
