I still find a serious plot flaw in this book...if Dumbledore is indeed so smart and so very very close to Mad-Eye, how could he not recognize it's a person in disguise..? And it's not like Barty Crouch Jr was an amazing wizard or anything, he was just a misguided death eater...i just don't find it believable for him to pull off the act and fooled everybody, especially right under Dumbledore's watch.

the imperius curse in the film looks like hes just using wingardium leviosa on the spider, not forcing it to walk around, instead his levitating it around the room, doesn't make sense. In the book the spider just did what the fake-moody wanted it to do like tapdance etc. in the movie hes just tossing it around and making it float midair. I mean spiders don't fly or float do they?

No No, Crouch tortured and interrogated moody to learn his mannerisms (and to get his hairs obviously). So yes, he did have to imitate moody's voice. It's explained in the book how he does it.

In this case, that would have been silly because it would ruin the whole movie, so they kept us in the dark and let us hear what the people in the movie were hearing.

@Tehsusenoh well in the movie it makes sense or at least in this one. we DONT know that Moody is actually Barty Jr. just under the effects of polyjuice. we dont know this until the very end so it makes sense that the voice is the same. cause also if u think about it all the other times polyjuice potion was used it was done on screen to where we can see it but in this movie we dont know that he's a fake until the end :P ^^

@Tehsusenoh well the reason why kept the voices the same in the first place is so that the audience would still know who is actually supposed to be who. Take the 7 harrys for example. You'd have no Idea who said "wow. we're identical" if everyone had Dans voice. It would've been a complete mess. However, with Mad-eye/Barty Crouch Jr., no one knew that it wasn't the real Mad-eye
