None of this stuff is secret. "Cloud seeding" has been in practice for decades, usually with silver iodide, to try to make it rain on crops. None of this stuff is secret. "Cloud seeding" has been in practice for decades, usually with silver iodide, to try to make it rain on crops. These operations are area-specific and far from the sinister idea of "chemtrails." I think people who advance this conspiracy theory would have been well served to pay attention in elementary school Science class. No contradiction,because you need the cloud first to make it snow, you cannot just create rain clouds out of thin air. What they are doing is making a rain cloud turn into a snow cloud by giving the water something to cling to, stay in the air longer and turn it into a snow flake..All the info is there if you care to look it up. Think of it...crop dusters have been flying for years. Its no real stretch of the imagination to wonder about using a bigger aircraft with even more chemicals for a different application. I have also spoken with people that fly AC that dump chemicals into the atmosphere after some 200 birds dropped dead in my back yard. Its no secret. Using HAARP combined with different types of chem being dumped into the air, anything is possible.

It's all True In Illinois Over This Past Summer 2011 I Have Seen 6 to 7 Planes Heading From East To West Spraying chemicals far above the clouds, I am able to see 5 or 6 Chemtrails lingering in the air, this has happened around 10 times this year.

Oh, so this company, contracted by OTHER COUNTRIES causes it to rain harder for the 'watersheds' (RIGHT)... Flooding seems to be a problem these days... and you can bet these pilots don't (or didn't at the time of this video) know that they are spewing barium salts and aluminum for our gob't (sp? LOL) to be able to use HAARP, ELF WAVES and TESLA's Technology to control the weather... It's happening!

Silver iodine has been used in cloud seeding safely for many decades. It's not news. It can be harmful in it's stored state as can most chemicals we use daily. But spread through clouds becomes highly diluted and harmless. Cloud seeding is contracted by local municipal governments to assist in rain making in drought stricken areas. Come on people! If you believed every conspiracy people dreamed up, we'd all go crazy! Live life and enjoy every minute of it!
