  • beautiful wrap! what brand?

  • @11lyndie It is a Storchenwiege! Thank you!

  • I found this amazingly hilarious.

  • Your child is precious. My sister used to do this with my Nephew :)

  • my mother used to carry me like that when i was a kid. i am tibetan.

  • thanks for posting a carry with a toddler. i'm a nanny that still carries my 26lb 2yr old quite often, and the most common comments i get are, "oh, she must be so heavy!", "you must have a really strong back!", or "i don't know how you do it...i had to give up carrying mine when he was 8mos old!" but i've always found it quite comfortable and easy (and way more convenient than lugging a stroller up and down nyc subway steps) with the 2yr old and her 3 1/2 yr old sister before her. thanks!

  • thank u so much!!! i learned a lot from u n thanks for sharing!!!!!!!!!!!!! ur so smart

  • Brill! Thanks for showing me how to do this- now I need to find someone in the uk who sells these wraps...

  • Awesome! I just got a storchenweige and was having a tough time. Thanks so much and your kid is adorable!

  • This is awesome! I was looking for a way to carry my 3 yr old after he gets too tired to walk. I'd like to bring him on some of my hikes. Thank you soooooo much!

  • She looks so comfortable and it looks like you have a super cute top! Thanks for a nice clear instruction. I have a rebozo I bought in Mexico but I think it's shorter than yours.

  • TA DA!!

  • is this the same size than moby? i mean the wide part? looks lovely.

  • I have probably watched this video 30 times and I can't wait to try it myself! It's taken me 5 days to find what this material is because you say what it is VERY fast and softly, but I figured out to look at the notes and I figured it out! Thank you sooo much and you have SUCh a cute kid, I hope my Lily has such a pleasant temperament as yours does :)

  • I need to get the wrap :-D thanks ! Your baby girl is sweet :-)

  • I need to get the wrap :-D thanks ! Your baby girl is sweet :-)

  • Excellent video! Thanks for this. I am currently wearing my twins together in a front pocket cross carry and worrying already about when they outgrow that carry and how I will get on carrying one on the front and one on the back... I've been worrying and baffled by the idea of carrying one on the back but I don't want to stop wearing my babies. You make it look easy and it's put my mind at rest a little.

Thanks again :-) Great vid 10/10!

  • Tashi Delek !

  • On Africa they do that, and it is very very easy...

  • You make it look so easy! I just got my first woven wrap today and I'm baffled by the ruck sack carry. I can't wait to use this video to try it!

  • what is the width of this wrap?

  • Thanks for sharing this.

  • it's beautifull video.. realy great for bigger babies.. it's very usefull spetially as a gift for christmas... thank you s much! ^_^

  • That is so cute!

  • Thanks so much! I was having trouble finding a back carry that worked for me, and this was GREAT. She went to sleep while I made dinner, so I guess she liked it too! :)

  • My son is 16 months old 4 or about 14kg. how about ur daughter? By the way, u taught me how to carry my son! ure a star!!^^

  • ummm i know i am goin to so much comment after this but any ..... why would you want to put a child who should be walkin on your back when he or she could walk just as fine as you

  • From your comment, I'm guessing you must not have kids. Little kids get tired of walking. It's easier to carry them when they hit the point of not wanting to walk some where, than to deal with the ensuing whining, tantrums, or just plain exhaustion. Those little legs are a lot smaller than ours.

  • Trust me, when your child starts walking...he doesnt walk as fine as you....;-).

  • You make this look so easy :) Maybe I will try it when the baby wakes up.

  • that was so cute!

  • i do this all the time with my 10 month old, but what kind of material is yours

  • It's a specially made baby carrier that is cross-woven in two directions, making it extremely supportive, durable, and comfortable.

  • is this a special blanket? and how long does it have to be?

  • This particular wrap is 3.6 meters. It's a specially made baby carrier called a "wrap".

  • is that a special blanket? how long should it be?

  • Thanks to you I can now carry my 4 months old baby on my back! :-)

  • Awesome! Glad I could help!

  • fab!! your very good at this and must be strong!!! will try this!! i can never seem to get it tight enough

  • 很实用呀!!

  • Thanks so much for posting this. Most of the videos I've watched, the mamas are larger framed than me so it's awesome to see someone my size demonstrating. Makes me feel like this can work for me. :)

  • nice and clear instruction video! thanks

  • what is the weight on that like how big does the baby has to be I have biggg babbies

  • Thats really cool! Your little girl is adorable....how old is she and what is her name?

  • Thank you very much for sharing!

  • adorable baby, great instructions!

  • Great video. I'm attempting to master this carry but I can never seem to get it tight enough. Your video was very helpful and I'm going to try again once my daughter is up from her nap.

  • I've learnt how to wrap my two-years old from you video, thank you!

  • amazing! have an ellaroo wrap and couldnt quite figure out how to wrap it until i saw your video!! (for the front cross carry position) and i now have a 9 month old!!! thanks so much!!

  • aww lol how cute

  • I love my storch and you explained that much better than the dvd that came with it!

  • very well explained, thanks. i will be needing one of those baby carrier very shortly:-) peace

  • Thank you for posting a great video, well explained! My favourite part is how excited your toddler is to be up there, really shows how our babies feel being carried.

  • Wondeful! Hot Storch too :)

Obrigada!

  • cool! very helpful

  • Great video I've watched it a number of times trying to get it right... but what kind of baby wrap are you using? and how long is it?

    Thank you

    Michelle

  • Thanks! It is a Storchenwiege wrap; 3.6 meters

  • this, along with another video that showed a great tip of tucking ends in the pocket, is great!!

this one really shows how to do a cross in front without making your chest uncomfortable (I'm too well endowed and have never been able to do a comfortable cross in front)

Now that my daughter is 3yo, 35lbs, and determined that she needs to live on my back, I searched here and found this great video... solved my problem!

    thanks!

  • thaks for the video ,,what is ur baby`s age? please

  • She's 2 years old.
