It's a shame he doesn't just stick to love songs. Has such a distinctive voice and style, but he insists on ruining so much of his work by clumsily crowbarring politics into it.

@Thisnameistaken11 Seriously? He's a man who knows his shit politically. Great Leap Forwards is a brilliant exposition on politics and a song that has naturally and fluidly evolved for years. His workers songs are both classically put together, and as critically important as the singers he seeks to follow, Joe Hill, Phil Ochs, Guthrie etc. Singers who changed peoples lives by keeping struggle songs alive. I think you completely miss the point of Billy Bragg.
