Great video! Love how authentic & enthusiastic you are :) This was great motivation for me, because I actually hurt my foot last week while training, too! Thank you for posting these videos and being you.
@journeywithjo Thank you and glad you are feeling my energy. I am trying to help and motivate others to do and be more. As for your foot, be careful. I pushed through my pain and saturday after this video I went for a 15 mile run, but only made 12 as my foot was really hurting. Guess it is the double digit distance that is really getting to it.
I decided to take a week off from running and just do cardio while icing my foot consistantly. Hopefully by next week, I will good. But videos coming!
@kellysbelly33 Thank you for the kind words. I am trying to motivate as many people as I can with my limited reach. Good luck with your half. Ran my first one last year in preparation for this full. When I finished that half, I sleep for 2 days. LOL. Ran 13 miles the other weekend and stayed out partying with friends all night long.
Moral, if you stick with the hard work, it will pay off!
Hardest part of a marathon is the mental endurance... with that your already there .. ur a great motivator... best of luck for ur race... !
