  • this is serious shit indd i did it once: 15pushups and double for leg exirsices and i am really tired- this is why i like it good video, thanks man !!

  • It's not a full body workout. But it's not bad anyway, cause it trains many parts of the body. but triceps and abs is missing.

  • @DanielKohbad I don't know about you, but when I do push ups I use my triceps...

  • @DanielKohbad you can do dips with your feet on ground and arms on a bench or chair for tris

    abs do alternate crunches/sit-ups

  • @metaljacket19832 u just do what your able 2 do, u push yourself to the max and each day do 1 more than 2 more than 3 more. im a bigger guy so i do incline and delcine push-ups until i build enough strength 2 do normal pushups. i mean i can do a few lol but ya. i push myself past my breaking point n go farther. it hurts like hell but i love pain that helps me lol ne of these exercises u can replace it with sumthing else. jus make sure wat u replace it with works the same muscles.

  • Too many push ups for beginners!!!!! Think out what a beginner can realistically achieve when starting out. Way too many advanced push ups.
