For those who cant pay up for it, the state pays. We have one of the richest governments of the world, unlike the USA. And yes, he is about to spend alot on healthcare, but the average american pays 12% of his yearly income on healthcare already. And that percentage is growing. Something needs to be done.

Labor is not taxable,never has been and there is no law stating we have to pay income tax. Try reading what you're talking about before commenting. If I choose to invest in a foreign country and make income there and pay taxes there it's none of the governments business what I do with the money. If I spend it here I pay sales tax. If I choose to invest it in the financial market overseas and pay any taxes necessary overseas they have no claim to tax my money.

That's ridiculous... What happens when you get pulled over by a cop and you CAN'T produce a license or insurance? You are required to carry both in your vehicle to PROVE you are in compliance. When you can't produce them you get a TICKET, You get FINED... Why don't you think for a fucking second before you post.

Driving on a public road is a privilege, not a right, which constitutes a fundamental flaw in your logic. In other words, your analogy is weak. In order for it to hold water, you'd have to admit that privacy, due process, and presumption of innocence in criminal prosecution are privileges, not rights. Are you really prepared to do that?

Bullshit... running a corporation in America is a privilege also, it's definitely NOT A RIGHT. You have to abide by law and run things legitimately. If not you get shut down and locked up (ENRON). My analogy is perfectly valid.. Asking a U.S corporation to supply proper documentation is hardly a "criminal prosecution" just as a cop asking you for your license is not a criminal prosecution. Either produce what your supposed to or face the consequences.

This is awesome. Do you realize they just managed to sustain a 75 billion tax cut while cutting down 150 billion off the projected budget debt? And all this out of the fat pockets of those committing one of the sleaziest of offenses - tax evasion. Some people just let someone else fight in the army and build bridges, they don't want to pay for it even as they drive on that bridge and sit safely in their home.

What is amazing is that you believe this is amazing. Tax avoidance is not tax evasion. It is called "class envy" and President OBama uses it to make you believe that he going after the "fat pockets" of the rich and of businesses. The reason business use legal means to avoid paying tax is that our country's RATES are so high. The same is true for rich people. Most of our taxes are already being paid by the "rich".

I like how they put subtitles i can follow closely and understand what is being said...usually during speeches I lose interest ,my attention span goes someplace else, with the subtitles I can follow along, any jargon, or technical language, vocabulary that I dont know I can pause the video and go look it up on google or on Wikipedia...I just learned a new word right now "Well-Healed" Thank You President Obama I'm a little but smarter now! and thanks for fighting for the smaller ones.

I would FORCE to have all the American companies to have industries on American soil.
Sure there are freedoms.. but why would the companies pay people in other counties to build the stuff where US is in need of jobs. Bring back the industries back to American Soil. There are just some things that need to be forced.
