please don't use elocon on your face ( it has steroid ), please please don't use it, it ruin your skin, and make it very very thin, and wrinkly after a while, it can cure fast.... but it f**** up your skin, use elocon on other areas.

most of my life i would wear baggy clothes and sweaters because i use to be over weight , i lost a few pounds and now that i dont wear my sweater anymore, i get eczema during the summer and my job requires me to work outside, the sun makes it get red and itchy, is it smart to wear long sleeves? what should i do?

Loads of peoples eczema gets treated by different things. I've found bepanthen also works if your skin is enflamed.
A healthy amount of sun helps me, but I'm convinced air pollution is a contributor too. Done some of my own tests to confirm this.
Caffiene and diary are bad aswell.
And in response to long sleeves, its whatever keeps you emotionally and physically comfortable, keep moisturised though xxxx

Getting Rid of Eczema for me was staying in the Sun a lot, the Sun rays is good for your skin but not to much.

i have had eczema since 2 and i still havent found the one to get rid.
the best for me is the new betnovate, it cindof works but no, btw ellecon burns my skin. Its realy bad.
