This is definitely not Judy Tyler. It is Gina Gerardi (last name may be misspelled) who played a similar role after Judy Tyler left the show. This clip is likely from 1955.

I've seen other clips of Judy as the Princess and this does not look or sound like her. But those were probably clips form the mid 50s when she was older. If it's her she really transformed herself.
