"Read Ashley's book before you ask us about her." Umm gee, Naomi, are you really sure you want people to do that? They might find out what a horrible, selfish mother you were. How you pretty much abandoned her all those years you were thinking about your career. And that's just the beginning...
what total looser's those news people are, but then again look at the network they are on, the lack of professionalism and stupid questions they asked speaks volumes on why they will never get beyond that bottom of the totem poll news level. Clearly they wanted to start crap and not take part in the whole reason Wynonna and Naomi did the interview in the first place! Kudos to both of them for staying true to each other and the love they have in their family.
I love watching WY stand up for Ashley and the pride that is spread across Naomi's face... Just a touching display of a close knit family... I <3 the Judd's they are my HEROS.
glad Wy stood their ground,, it was about the OWN doc, not about being sexually abused,, I will be honest and say I never knew to many of their songs, but I know everyone of them now, back than I didn't listen to too much country, and in the last 10 years listen all the time now,, I loved the DOC on OWN, it was inspiring, these journalist needed to back off,, for real,,
They are not weirdo's they are keeping it REAL! They are there to talk about the OWN show and THEIR DOCU_SERIES not Miss Ashley! WGN Messes up like all news does they make there OWN stories ! hey lets get the MOM and SISTER on here and get what they have to say about it so we can start up more CRAP!
So, let me get this straight. The Judds are replacing Tracy Morgan as the hosts of Scare Tactics, and the show is moving to the Oprah Winfrey Network?
i support them all the way, as people. and their legacy of 50's rock & roll, rockabilly and country really is quite unique to anybody that knows anything about music. They are inspirations to anybody who has ever come from nothing and has made something out of themselves. They are the definition of dreamers with courage to make their dreams come true, and they have inspired me since I was 8. As for WGN, they are, by far, the worst news source I have ever seen in my life.
Nah, to hell with these sanctimonious celebrities trying to control the press. The Judds are irrelevant as country music artists, their careers are in retrospect. This new show, whether they want it called "Reality TV" or not, is trading on their notoriety - and THAT also has to do with the interest in them since Ashley's book. If they haven't learned how to field these sort of questions better (and they haven't in other interviews, either), then they just have to take the hit.
WGN, get your facts straight. You claim to be journalists, but you fail on epic levels! Ashley Judd's book is about work as an HIV activist. Have you seen the questions asked on the view? Why ask the same questions over and over again. Do you prep before you go on the air? Apparantly not. Not to mention, you were rude and have terrible energy. (especially the woman.) This is absolutely the most disgusting channel on TV. Such an unclassy, rude and stupid network.
How is this awkward. I have to agree with The Judds. They are trying to promote something new and forget the old. Their show has nothing to do with their books. Their books and shows should be split up. If they were on to talk about the book, I would totally side with WGN. Keep the separate and focus on the main subject, promoting the show not the book.
Absolutely a fair question to ask. I CAN'T STAND THE JUDD. Especially the pathetic excuse for a mother that mama judd is.

WGN didn't do their job well. The interviewees should know what the interviewers would ask. Stupid journalists. I'm sorry... but really?
