make sure you have a good hip hold on the side that you want the leg to be in front! pull the front leg down, while pushing you back one straight and down. you have to find your blance point to make it lie straight..! good luck!

dont know what a sitting mount is, but for the shoulder mount practice from the floor by getting in position and doing a reverse kind of crunch to get your hips up to the pole..! good luck!

But once I heard the music and saw the expressiveness in the dance, I just watched it all the way through.
