from what i can remember back when i had my own guinea pigs, the female will give off a scent that the males will pick up and she will also start to consume more food and water in preparation for when she is pregnant (as far as i can remember). but when she will be in heart i dont remember. my male and female reproduced completely by accident but we were glad that they did ^^

1) My guinea pig hides in its house when im in the room like if shes scared of me though i had her for like 4 months .

2) She only eats grass not pallets (or whatever there called) why? 

3) My friends guinea pig and mine mated when there both girls why?

1. Do you handle her or play with her often? Maybe you haven't gotten her used to her enough, or maybe she's just really shy.

2. Is she eating other hard foods?If she isn't, check her teeth and make sure they're even. Or in my piggy's case he just doesn't eat the pellets as much as the timothy hay, so if I don't watch it just seems like he doesn't eat it, but he does.

3.They're animals, and we all have needs. It's healthy and normal, no worries. :)

Your guinea pig might have been brought up on muesli,not pellets.Therefore she might be a selective eater,try some guinea pig muesli sprinlked over her pellets
