@PhantomPivot they say use a roll at drops from about chest/head height. but it depends on the person, so if u dont feel comfortable with normal landings from high drops, then roll, so basically do it as u feel good :D
whenever i roll, the bone behind my shoulder sticks out. So when i roll, that bone is the 1st part 2 hit the ground when i initiate the roll also the roll is ending at the middle of my lower back not the left hip. can any1 help?
I have one thing what can help you with rolls... when doing roll, keep yourself very much like ball. if you get your back straight you will hurt your back.
just rest ur shoulder on the ground and push or how bout this i had a friend of my brothers do that after a forward roll and broke his neck so head over heels=ouch
only problem is with the wordings scrolling by...kinda hard to read them as a foreground with the video running in the background. just my comment. cheers!!!

Train them slowly without drops on grass, then when you feel comfortable re-train them on concrete.
