lol I still have an xfx 5870 xxx edition which was never able to run it's factory overclock lying around .(underclocking is a sad thing ), think I might give it a second life as an instant coffee machine or a frying pan to nuke some eggs on . XFX Try Hard . although I must say I love that " XFX do not disturb I'm gaming " badge that came included in the box and is hanging ever since on my office doorhandle , being the cause of severall of my boss's headaches.

@D1rtyDubstep I don't really think they made changes to the pcb layout , it's just the cooling solution mounted on it that is different , still you have to been beaten with a retard stick to buy a 50 quid more expensive card to later on toss the special desingned cooling mount in the trashcan , where all the xfx cards are gathered for a family picture ,and fit a waterblock.

vapor chamber does not work unlesh the card is upside down (with the fans pointing up).

the hotter matter becomes the particles move faster, and therefor is lighter.

so the cooler is hottest at the gpu. the cooler can still cool better then some other coolers but that is not becouse it has vapor chamber/tube.

can you test this card upside down?

I considered jumping on this from my current GTX460 SC SLI, but am I missing something here? Every single benchmark seemed to be just slightly better than a single GPU 580 which my setup out performs, My 1.5 year old build is about the same as this, my next build will also be Hydro so cooling isn't going to be a factor. Before this and a few other videos I was seriously considering it, but now, methinks I'll wait for kepler, I want more than a +5% - +10% for a whole new build.
