how did you get the foam ball to stay centered? we made one and had a problem getting it to stay in place. we had to use a metal rod to hold it down.

@ImTheDarkcyde the foam balls are for making for a lighter weight stone by taking up some of the mass inside the actual concrete stone...

@estebonchung87 Actualy it takes up some of the volume that normally the concrete would take, a foam ball with a 3 inch diameter (estimating) weighs less than 3 inch diameter ball made out of concrete.

mint vidio i made 3 one failed out of a space hopper one from a perspex plant pot from homebase and a 210 one from a plastic light bulb cover from a car park found it on a dump.that 400 of yours is a cracker.

to take up space and make the stone lighter. You put the foam ball in the center. You can also do the same thing with a lead ball to make the stone heavier.

Make sure to use enough tape or the mold will separate and that sucks

Thats the best instructional video i've seen on stones, makes it look easy. I've ordered 2 moulds from slaters so hopfully it works out well, what did you use to weigh them when they were done?
