There was a truck broken down in the tunnel (appeared to be stopped). Of course he has to change lanes to get around that!
I used to live south of the tunnel, and that was so typical. Three times per week some idiot would have a problem in the tunnel.
I've moved to the other side of that damn tunnel and I never go through it anymore. They should just bomb that thing.
