because ppl are using illegal (unlicensed) music in videos, and youtube was taking heat from the LCC, artists, and copyright ppl. and some dumbfucks stole songs and said that they wrote them. like 4 of my own songs that were stolen. so now u have to actually BUY the songs in order to use them in your videos.
