Hill was disobeying Roberts when he rushed to Jackie's aid. Conspiracy.

The footage shown here was filmed at Love Field at the very beginning of the motorcade. JFK did not like to have agents riding on the running boards. and permitted the agents to ride on the bumper only when necessary. Later on in the motorcade Clint Hill occupied the left rear platform of the limo because he was guarding Jackie. The crowds were huge in Dallas
