The economic hardship in Liberia presently is a disgrace. People in Liberia are saying even the criminal Charles Taylor government is way bettet then her government. prices. Bag of rice LD 2000 plus, Club beer big bottle is LD100, Guiness stout LD 85, Malta is $65, even soft drink is 40LD. Transportation from broad street to paynesville is LD 45 to 50.

I just watched a PBS film last night called "The Iron Ladies of Ligeria" and was blown away by this woman and her struggles to rebuild a nation from literally nothing. I dont usually watch documentaries but it caught my eye as I was channel surfing and have to say that it was something that has touched my life....this woman is truely inspiring of what one person can do.

Truly an incredible woman that I know is going to have an impact on the World.
