The best way to deal with it is to back out every 30-45 minutes to the main menu. It saves your stats. Cause if you get the connection error, it will just reboot back to when it last saved. Hope this helps.

Ok guys, specific zClumbzy Modern Warfare 3 doesnt save if you sign out while playing the game or dashboarding, Say you started at lvl10 and got up to lvl 30 in 1 game session without stopping. And you get a negative gameplay so you dashboard and when you reload the game your lvl 10 again, so dont dashboard, quit the game or sign out. Sometimes the glitch just happens. XD hope this helps!

Well this has happened to me soime many times i nearly quit bhasically i dunno wat it is its prob because i lvl up so fast or dickhead that play this game report u so u get set back even though u do nothing wrong well i always leave mw2 by gonig to main menu and quitting game also i lost a 67 win streak on kill confirmed a 28 kill streak and also i lost a 2.02 kd i got set back to 12 win streak 18 kill strak and 1.70 kd :/ this game has got some problems and should refund 38 lvls to my account!!

@Vi3taZnDr4gOn It is a bug where the game doesn't save your data, so a simple disconnection would corrupt your rank and it would restore your rank back to when the last save was made which could be a day ago.

The same problem happened if you disconnected from MW2 or Black ops, however, the rank data was automatically saved before any game starts.

i think iv found a solution to this but it is annoying having to do it every time i stop playing its worked for me since what i do is when i quit playing stay in my party and not find a new game for about 20 or 30 minutes then go to the main menu but i always go back into my party and check to see if it has stayed the same, also do not go on to the main menu straight after u leave a game because that will derank you, so i would recomend waiting before ending the game or going to the main menu
