i noticed you wrapped the wood perches. was that to make it more colorful or interesting, or to help give better grip?
i found that while people like manzanita wood because it's not easily chewable plus quite easy to clean, the birds slip on it and can't get a good grip (like plastic and metal). so i was wondering if you found that too, or if the wrapping was just decorative.
great gym! i LOVE the idea of the basket -- i have to try that!! gotta look for a natural un-coated, like yours :)
