  • Where do you get your stuff. I tried need for video but it was just software. PLEASE responde. Im making a movie and need to finish my uniform

  • @salsamonkey103 At the Front, WWII impressions, Some army surplus stores.

  • any online webcites you know of are good for this stuff??

  • to use the thompson or something do you have to be a higher rank than private

  • @AGQfilms3 usually not. not in the group im in.

  • do u use replicas in reenactments?

  • @AGQfilms3 no real guns

  • if you want i buy it 110 $

  • can u make a video with the gear on u?

  • @PrisonBreaker852

2 canteens were very common but not for very early war impessions. as for the first aid pouches its the same thing. the jungle first aid pouch wasnt issued until 1944. so if u plan on doing any impression early war u only need the regular first aid pouch, although the regular frst aid pouch can be used by itsself throughout the war and be correct. i just like the look of the jungle first aid pouch for a late war impresion.

  • @ETOfilmz I just started doing a marine impression. I was wondering if you know who was issued the P42 camo uniform. Were only officers issued them?

  • Going into battle barefoot?

  • good vid, but whats ironic is that your name is ETOfilmz but your doing pacific gear :P

  • awesome stuff more people should reenact the pacific conflict

  • like the pacific soundtrack

  • Did you get your repo off of At the Front???

  • Nice background Music from the Pacific series. And Great set up. I don't see much Marines at the Re-enactments i go to

  • Where to you get the uniform. i cant find it anywhere. BTW nice musc. The Pacific was incredible like your collection

  • I plan to get into WW2 reenacting as well, and just wondering, what infantry division is this? And what's it's region? Thanks!

  • put some shoes on boy

  • belgian helmet? the strap looks like mine. i have a ww2 belgian helmet. the strap or watever looks like mine does. i have a belgian liner also

  • WHERE WOULD YOU BUY BLANKS AND WHAT WOULD BE A PRICE OF A M1 FOR REENACTMENTS

  • cool what cind of jacket is that

  • So how do you acquire this gear? I've searched all over the internet for places to buy the uniform etc. but can't find anything.

  • @baggychheese Go to wwiiimpressions or atthefront. These sites offer really good reproduction uniforms and equipment. They have Boondockers, HBT fatigues, webbing, seabags, helmets and wwiiimpressions also sells ww2 reproduction dress blues, summer service uniforms (chinos) and will soon be selling reproduction winter service green uniforms.

  • Reenacting is, by definition different than Airsoft Skirmishing, since you use weapons that fire blanks, and have the use of wwII combat vehicles, Including tanks,

Though I though it would be cool if you could combine the two, then we'd really see a battle, since both sides would have to adhere to the airsoft rules of engagment, since the japanese don't have any of their WWII weapons in airsoft yet I would suggest alternatives. but that's just my take on it.

  • Finishing a Marine Impression of my own :D, Semper Fi.

  • Wow.. A pacific collector already :l

  • usmc would use anything they could get theirhands on they used the t handle from the canal to okinawa in fact is was proboly more common than th m43

  • WHERE DID YOU GET THIS STUFF? did you inherit it, or did you buy it?

  • nice just finished with a marine impression myself

  • nice stuff wered u get the m1 garand web set from?

  • Excuse me, but How do you do a reenactment? Especially a wwII one for the pacific theater of operations?, I mean you can't expect to play out a battle in history, what about your enemy?

Also do you use the airsoft M1 Garand?

  • no u use real weapons that fire blanks and there are japanese reenactors. how do u think reenactments work?

  • @HunterR909 there are sites where you can get german WW2 uniforms.

  • @HunterR909 I'm a Jap reenactor in the UK, someone has to fight the yanks right? ;)

  • @Hardrada88 God bless America

  • is the m1 garand bayonet original

  • no its reproduction

  • @ETOfilmz o cool

  • @ETOfilmz didn't they use Ka-bar?

  • @ArmoredZimpa Only Marines who couldn't attach bayonets to their weapons were issued KA-BARs, plus quite a few corpsmen... But even so some Marine Riflemen who had a bayonet could've also had a KA-BAR.

  • Very Cool! Im working on this impression as well. Do you have any suggestions as to were to get the haversack and the canteens?

  • Very cool gear. I have an infantry impression adn im working on a Marines impresion now. Do you have any good sites for me to check out? Thanks!

  • nice collection ;D

  • Very nice gear, its what my great- grandfather would have worn, or most of it at least. Where did you get all your stuff from?

    Thanks!

  • Damn i love the helmet!

    Thx for the video.

  • Brilliant My great grand father was a marine in WWII.

  • sweet gear

  • nice 5*****

  • looks like your aiming for a later war impression? looks good!

  • yah i was lol and thanks!!

  • @ETOfilmz Don't you have Army Service Type II's? They would be okay. Some marines (depending on your unit) used the type 2's. Now you have a full impression. you dont even need leggings!

  • yah i have the type 2 service shoe!! i just didnt put it in this video with them. and im not going to get the marine leggings, i already have the army ones and i'd feel i'd be wasting money lol

  • @ETOfilmz yeah u dont even need leggings..

  • @ETOfilmz i know where you can get USMC leggings for cheap. like $10 or $15 i think. i payed for mine for $10 on ebay. they are the ones with 7 eyelets and hooks. also great gear! im working on collecting USMC WWII items. i need a lot more stuff though

  • I found myself a ww2 US jacket . I believe it is real from some of the dirt stains but it has plastic buttons!

  • nice.

  • All your stuff is on point . Good job . I have only one tip for ya . Marines tended to ''loose'' the shoulder strap's for the cartridge belt becouse they were so thin they would rub the shoulder's raw ! If a Marine could he'd find himself a set of M-1936 shoulder strap's . If he even used them at all that is . There is nothing wrong with your gear it's all by the book . Now all ya need is a set of boondockers and some leggings and your good !

  • I believe that the pacific is really a terrible show. Sorry justin if you read this

  • Awesome!

  • gratz mate, im going to make a video once i get all my uniform stuff for my german impression

  • Good stuff, too bad it's not all original. But hey it's all good. My advice, try not use the poncho. Mine was real nice until I unfolded it one day and it tore in two! Gently get it into a position that you are willing do display it as and leave it. Good impression!

  • alright, thanks alot man!

  • nice man, you have clearly put in lots of effort when collecting.

  • YUP bang on mate nice to see the right gear! 5 stars good impression! i would suggest the t-handel shovel as the marines used that more offten ,early war mid.

  • Nice! now your ready for "the pacific" :D

  • Nice impression!! :)
