hey , i can tell youve been working hard. im just wondering about something tho. when i do my workout routines i work out chest on monday and back tuesday. but my chest hurts and feels tense still even thought when im doing pull ups or deadlifts. i know the term no pain no gain, but is it normal for my chest to hurt while im doing a different muscle group? am i over training? im sure my form and stuff is correct, thanks in advance tho, sorry for the long message
@xXPaRaNoiDbOyXx thats completely normal. sometimes when you work a muscle, the opposing muscle will b used "very slightly" to control the movement. sorry its a bit hard to explain. for example if you tense your bicep, your tricep also activates so that ur arm doesnt just fling up (its pulling the opposite way)...
You'll get there, just stay focused and always push yourself to new limits. My mate was about the same size as you, i think more smaller and 8 months later after all his training at the gym, he's a big fella now. He took some supplements but after that he got off them and started to eat properly e.g started a diet. Eventually, all your hard training will pull-off and you'll get results within 2 weeks or so! :)
If you're looking to get big do heavy lifts. Cardio is nice, but it's not going to bring you the size you're looking for. Since you have watched some of ice1cube's vids i'm sure you're informed on some of the important lifts. Lifting heavy burns a lot of calories so don't worry too much about having some fat on your bones. You're trying to build muscle and not be a body builder. Eat like a beast and train like a beast. Just go into it easy at first so you don't injure yourself.
@stevekun88 be careful.... this is extremely dangerous. ive made this mistake before...
BTW doing ab workouts doesnt make ur stomach smaller, u need cardio to do that to get rid of the fat. however to get rid of fat u need caloric deficit (burning more energy than u eat) which would then hamper your weight gain efforts. just get big and fat then cut weight.
From your 1st day to your 90. You made a big difference, Good luck.

i usually split them so a day rest between
so monday: chest, tues: rest or legs, weds: back, thurs shoulders etc
but pain is gain! (: drink more water and sleep more.

day6-legs/abs
day7- rest day or just straight back to day 1
