  • RIP Freedom Watch, FoxNews cancels the finest news show on television.

  • Save America. Save the World.

America, make the ONLY right and sane choice, the WHOLE world is watching.

    The Doctor/The Judge 2012

  • Anarchy; i.e. true, beautiful freedom, is the logical conclusion to libertarianism.

  • love this man

  • bravo -- show too all students

  • He should go in with jesse ventura hes a liberist too, that would b a awesome team.

  • @Vicdiaz01 Liberist? you mean liberatarian, and jesse ventura is a guy with a show about irelavent conspiracys. How ever that is what i know about jesse there may be more about him i dont know.

  • Dream Team

    Ron for Prez

    Rand for VP

    Napolitano for Supreme Court

    Sowell for Treasury

    Ventura for Defense

  • @MrBlacksight what about kuciniche

  • Marx did not explicitly state anything about central planning. The only ideas about central planning in relation to Marx were the ideas of state capitalism developed by Lenin.

Reference Lenin or even Keynes but for the love of god don`t reference somebody you know little about.

  • This mess arose from the Community Reinvestment Act, from the Jimmy Carter debacle.

  • One question I've always had, while I understand this in principle: What of consumer protection? I may know when I'm getting a bargain, but how do I know something is safe? Is it after it has killed me or seriously harmed me in some manner? I don't see how a free market is safe (perhaps efficient yes) without some sort of oversight, even if that oversight is "toothless", being only able to observe, like a consumer watchdog group.

  • @gustjorodedheo In an absolutely free market, many opportunities would arise for "consumer reports"-type organizations to inform interested consumers on safety matters. Also, since the ability will always exist to sue for negligence, producers will have plenty of incentive for internal controls.

  • @gustjorodedheo There are already countless private "rating" agencies and organizations that do this. Think of the BBB, or the International Standards Organization. Many businesses strive to get either aquire these certifications or meet their standards to have the opportunity to display these to their customers. Now imagine having 3 different private "food safety" organizations, and having businesses strive to meet ALL THREE of these, you have no idea how much safer your food would be then ;)

  • Ron Paul for Pres, with Judge Nap, then we re-elect them both for a second term, THEN Judge Nap can run for Pres. YES!!

  • @DJTmaq and Rand will be Napolitano's VP!

  • The end of this video makes me think of a Milton Friedman video I've seen where he talks about the free market being virtually uncorruptable. You can't corrupt something that has no connections to bureacracy.

  • So simple, yet so far beyond too many's ability to understand...

  • So true, though I wouldn't say they're "Marx-inspired". Keynesianism is a fundamental rejection of Marxism, per se, but it's still bunkum yeah.

  • I absolutely enjoy watching Andrew Napolitano, he is, after all, well versed and very eloquent.

  • Please watch Judge keep his ratings up or they will pull the plug on him. We need the judge.

  • Thank you judge!

  • If you could, so eloquently, say all that, as if a true prophet. Yet be against it. Be playing a role that got you onto international broadcast news. Yet be a 'viper at the breast'.

Then I should take the rope. Tie a knot around my neck. And fall.

  • Too bad THE JUDGE is not running for President. He would be an excellent Supreme Court judge, too.

  • Nap at his best!!!!!

  • Awesome by the judge again, but sadly it is simply preaching to the choir.

Very few people who are ignorant of the fundamental difference between regulation as choice (central planning) & choice as regulation (free enterprise) will be able (or even willing to try) to understand this.

After what I saw in the Harry Browne post (& what I'm discovering from his writings) I'm beginning to see it may not be possible to reach anyone who refuses on principle, to ever question their own preconceptions.

  • He is the Lewis Black of Libertarianism.

  • Andrew Napolitano is DA MAN! Awesome!

  • Marx never advocated central planning either.

  • @GodOfTheInternets He did advocate binding everyone to one another, a slavery of all by all. What do you think he would have said about me trying to trade a portion of my take under a communist system for a different portion of someone else's take or offering it to them to do some work for me? Oh noes WAGE SLAVERY! Can't have people working for one another vluntarily its much too exploitative.

Your more like God of the Oppressive.

  • @GodOfTheInternets Marx advocated violent transformation of the people into sheeple using State power. Then once the sheeple is created and human nature altered, eternal communism without the need for a State will emerge. Except they could not get through the first stage.

  • Free markets only exist in the minds of naive idealists.

  • @GodOfTheInternets sorry moron you have it mixed up that is socialism that you are talking about.

  • @xHippieHunter

Stay classy. Socialism is materialist, not idealist.

  • @GodOfTheInternets Not an argument. The same can be said about any political system.

  • Actually, Hayeks solution was far from total freedom.

  • Long live anarchy! :)

  • @rumco if you think there should be anarchy you are a fool.

  • @xHippieHunter At least bother to add a sentence about why I am a fool. Then I can debunk your argument rather than attack you personally. Now go back to those video games.

  • @rumco Well it is simple without any sort of government there is chaos and if you think that this is not true I suggest you go to a place where there is anarchy and live there and then tell me what you think about it. How about some parts of Africa. "Humans left to their own devices become fearful and predatory"-Thomas Hobbes. Oh and just so you know the founding fathers did intend to have a government that is why they made the constitution. Go back to video games? good one. Simple minded fool.

  • A home is worked for and earned by saving my money not a government right to all or everybody. If you don't work you do not have money to eat. You are a parasite on tax payers.

  • Beautiful. Nice speech!

  • Freedom won't create the perfect world. Just the best possible world.

  • @carcabe It wont do that either. People do that themself if they remain free and rational human beings.

  • @carcabe YOU get an A+++!

  • @carcabe

A perfect world would depend on the people.

  • Ron Paul should pick Napolitano for vice president.

  • @chrismsalas18 No Supreme Court!

  • @chrismsalas18

Gary Johnson would be a better choice for VP. The Judge should be head of the Department of Justice.

  • @KaelinSaint I'm inclined to agree. But, I am worried that Gary Johnson, who does seem honest in all he claims to think, doesn't go as far as Ron Paul in his libertarianism, whereas Andrew Napolitano apparently does. Also, I think it would be good to have a (constitutionalist) judge in the Executive Branch for once.

  • @chrismsalas18 He could do so much more as head of the Justice department... he would destroy the Patriot act in months without legislation needed. Vice President is such a waste of talent.

  • @chrismsalas18 - No.

Ron Paul should pick Napolitano for the Supreme Court.

  • @chrismsalas18 He probably won't. But if there is an opening on the sumpreme court . . . ^^ You do the math.

  • i got nothing bad to say about Napolitano. I'm not sure I agree with everything he says but we need to eliminate corporatism asap. I would be willing to try any system that is more fair to the average person than what we have right now. I still think that if the politicians weren't corrupt, that a system with free markets and some social programs could work. But, the number one issue has got to be to eliminate corporatism and corruption now. Given that, I'm totally on board with Ron Paul!

  • Epic

  • Said it perfectly as usual.

You should upload the ending statement Napolitano did last night (10/20/11). explaining how the Fed is screwing things up.

  • we're all screwed. the only way we'll return to a free market is when society has finally collapse, and all the money the government can print won't mean d*ck. until then, idiots will be convinced that it's better for the government to intervene in order to prevent some impending doom than it is to deal with the discomforts of allowing the market to stabilize.

  • @cristoballs Sadly, I strongly suspect that such a collapse would still be blamed on the "free market" and some strongman will arise promising security if only we surrender still more freedom, and the state educated masses will believe it. The only freedom the US will attain will be in those states that have the guts to then secede, and utterly roll back state involvement in economics. And of course the shortages and such will then be blamed on the seceding states, as justification for loot war.
