@Trillidotia - rather co-creators with God, priestesses and equals in every sense of the word EQUAL. Queens to their Kings and full partner in the plan of Salvation for all of God's kids. Men are not allowed into heaven unless they have treated their wives well and with respect. Considering all of the things that women can do, God had to even the playing field by teaching us men leadership. It helps us grow. It helps us men to become "On Par" with the level of spirituality that WOMEN ARE!

@ToThisEndWasIMormon Oh baloney. Remember how vehemently Mormons came out against the ERA? That was about denying women equality under the law. Shameful. Women have no authority in Mormonism except over children. Even the relief society is under the ultimate authority of men.

Has it not occurred to you that women don't want or NEED men's leadership?

Sexism is rampant within the LDS (& fundamentalist Xtian) church. Antidepressant use is more common among LDS women than non-LDS.

@rriverstone1 - What are you talking about? Women are equal partners in the marriage covenant. I thought I'd make a special message which honors women.

Every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that God is the master of all. And who is unhappy? The gospel of Christ is the gospel of happiness unto salvation. Ridiculous. Do you not know that all are equal unto God? Although we are called to tend to certain roles, it makes neither men or women more important in God's plan for his kids.

@rriverstone1 - Men are now allowed into heaven unless they treat their wives and care for the women in their lives. (ie; Grandmothers, Sisters, and other fellow-sisters in Christ.)

If you feel in ANY WAY that Women are NOT CO-CREATORS and FULL-PARTNERS with their men in our church, in this life, or in the life to come then you've been grossly, across the board, mis-informed.

One must only read in such verses found in the Bible such as:

(Ephesians. 5: 25, 33, Col. 3: 19, Titus 2:4)
