  • Jermaine Stewart had a GREAT voice. I wished he could have had a hit ballad like "Careless Whisper" by George Michael or something like that. I hope you could talk about how Jermaine, from your perspective, dealt with his sexuality which was like an open secret. We (the fans) guessed it but you never heard him say in interviews "Yes I'm Gay". Did he think it was nobody's business? He appeared to be comfortable with himself but it would be interesting to hear it from someone who knew him well.

  • Hey Ms.Watley :) im a big fan and its nice to see you remembering your friend who as you say was Star and Legend in his own right. He is UNSUNG and way ahead of his time if you ask me especially in the African American community he was what many try and distance themselves from which is sad because he paved the way for me and others who celebrate being a free spirit ! I LOVE U MS.WATLEY
