Hey I like the review you did on the otterbox defender, if you get a chance check out my review I did on my otterbox defender and I also did a review on a Body Glove case for the Iphone 4. Im gonna subscribe to your youtube and if you can please subscribe to mine
wait, did you peel off the film before you put the phone in. if you did, then did you put a screen protector on it? cuz that might be the case as well. but if you peeled the film off and didn't put a screen protector i don't know what is wrong lol.
if you don't want to put baby powder on your screen and have a slight film of powder residue, just use an anti-glare screen....you can buy packs of them at the apple store or online. no watermarks, and no powder residue! : )
@Trentinja88 Yes but consider that many providers who previously offered accidental damage insurance discontinued it when they started offering the IPhone, so now I have a $700 phone that if I break or lose I will have to pay the full retail price to get replaced. I don't know about you but sacrificing a bit of sleekness for peace of mind is well worth it and besides the Defender looks very sexy on my 3Gs.
It depends on what kind of protective film you use. Otterbox sent me a screen protector to try and eliminate the watermark problem but the one they sent me did nothing. I still had watermarks all over the screen. The talcum powder solution worked for me. Otterbox REALLY needs to fix this problem.
you can get around the bubbles forming on ur screen with an extremely miniscule amount of baby poweder trust me it works if u dont beliveme watch itsmemorphias's video of this fix
you can take care of the watermark effect really easily. itsmemorphious has a video showing you how to do it with baby powder or you can just use a power support anti glare screen sheild
it fit in my pocket but I wear my pants a lil baggy. I an on the fence with it so far I dropped the phone more with the case than without it. Certain movements or if someone brushes against you wrong it comes out of the case. For whatever price you paid it's worth it if you want to not have to dig in your pocket for the phone but didn't like the bare iPhone belt holser style. I would give the case 4 and a half stars it saved my arse a few times.
I have the case if that was for me. The belt clip is the only fragile part of this setup. Since my last post it snapped clean off when someone bumped me wrong"as I said before" and it fell to the ground on the clip breaking it. Love the case still but not willing to buy another just for the holster.

I've moved on to another Otterbox model a long time ago, but I don't remember having any issues with the screen protector.

Is it any plastic or something protecting the applelogo?
x4that 3 years ago
Yes. There is a clear film over the logo and the camera, as well as the whole front screen.
