@TutTutOpenSesame Actually, Law Students aren't really graduate students. In the U.S., they have J.D.'s which are Juris Doctor but in reality, it's a Bachelor of Law. It's some weird system they have in place.

@nytehawx Yes, I know. I have lived in the U.S. my entire life. It is a graduate degree because it's not something that someone studies in their undergraduate years. You don't graduate high school and apply to law school when you're 18. Normally you would study something else for 4 years to get your bachelor's degree in, and then apply to law school, since law isn't offered as an undergraduate study in U.S. colleges.

I'm probably the luckiest person alive. I do this constantly (it's a bad habit, I know; I can't break it), and I do very good on most exams. I think students take studying and school WAAAAY too seriously. It's like their life worth's to get an A on an exam.

Ugh, grade inflation is so ridiculous. It makes a mockery of institutions of higher learning that should be known for rigorous education and not for handing out good grades. I'm so glad I went to a college with very little grade inflation but it's totally unavoidable in grad school. What ever happened to valuing education for its own sake? The worst part is the biggest culprits the Ivies and other universities that are widely seen as the best in the country. It's such BS.
