  • one more thing plz anwser will getting like a ten pound weight in ur hands and shadow boxing for like an half an hour or a long time develope your striking/punching

  • @turfdancer78 it develops endurance but it incorages bad form, the thing about punching is that its not about mussle its about form now i dont know you but if you have been doing matial arts for a while ie min of 5 years then it will be instinct for you to punch with corect form but if you havent then your better off sticking to shaddow boxing. hope ive helped

  • does it matter ifu weight lift every day or u have to do it every other day

  • look at this guy, and if you watch his other video's he doesn't know anything about warming up or working out. on his other video's he does three roundhouse kicks and he is totally out of breath. He should not be considered a black belt as one third of the martial arts philosophy is lost on him. Body Mind and Spirit. he let his body go.

  • @ShatterEffectt Another keyboard warrior... Try this: next time you're practicing a technique - if you actually do anything - try to give a lecture during the exercise. Hear how your breath sounds when you're not breathing properly and maybe try putting in some deeper consideration for a situation next time you think to critcize.

  • @turfdancer78 anything other than expertvilliage.get a heavy bag to build striking power and begin to weight lift and other basic strength exercises

  • yeah but you have to warm up before you stretch coz you cant stretch cold muscles or you will get injuries

    General stretching is part of the warm-up and its composed of rotational limb exercises, heart rate activation and general stretching. leaving specific streching as part of the cool down, or even devoting specific training sessions to it. If professional athletes even do it within sessions! be clear!

  • @mitsourugi you can't compare professional athletes to the majority of people though lol. and you should even do some jogging first before you're going to stretch before working out.
