Great video mate...thanks for taking me along. I noticed that no one in the group used trekking poles...why is that? It would seem that it would help immensely, defo save on the knees.

@BarefootsChild Thanks for the comment. I do normally take my poles as you say they help massively. I left them out to save weight, maybe not next time! :-)

Sunset around 6.15 is the highlight of this one Alex, great stuff you must be keen one hill is enough for me at one time.
