  • Hey, I am 18 years old and Im about 5'9 and weight 140 pounds and ive been trying really hard to get a six pack but i still get no definition. idk wat seems to be the issue??

  • @JOSEMusicPage I can tell you to keep up your crunches they will work also do some boxing, use a heavy bag you will not believe the results you'll get after a months tough work!! I promise.

  • @JOSEMusicPage I also agree get into some boxing. The training is very tough but the results are amazing. You want a flat, hard, tough stomach? Take some punches into your stomach, the muscles tense and grow very hard and firm.

  • @gutpunchingohio what you say about take some punches into the stomach is pretty interesting.maybe im wrong, but i think endurance is a very underrated key into the everyday workout.cuz the more you learn to endure physical pain,the more you will became stronger,mentally and physically.its almost like your body were absorbing the pain and were changing it into a new energy..thinkin about it..man,thats just amazing

  • @Nolooz You are spot-on!! Anyone who's boxed knows about physical pain and endurance. Get you a buddy and have him throw some hard shots into your gut and pay attention to how you change your breathing, flex your stomach muscles, how you stand. Its different. Don't concentrate on the pain of the shots you take but on how many you can take. Endurance is the key not the pain. Stand against a wall to absorb the strength of each punch. Record the session and watch it.

  • @Nolooz If your into hard, tough abs, taking punches is how most fighters train. When you first go into a gym to learn to box, coach will test your strength, endurance, and desire by having another guy throw hard fists into your stomach. He wants you to take as many as you can. First time I took 6. I was 12. I'm 31 today and take maybe 1000+ every week. My abs are strong and flat. When your taking punches you can smell the testosterone!! Try it!

I'm starting in a womens MMA and can use all the help and tips I can get!! I would like some help with strengttening my calf muscles also if you have any suggestions. Thank-you

  • Hey I'm 14 and I kind of a chunky stomach. My legs and biceps are defined well though. I have no supplies at home except for a medicine ball. Do you know what I could do to get abs? I weigh 145 pounds. All I do a day is 10 reps of 10 push-ups, 2 reps of 50 curl-ups, and 2 reps of 50 bycicles. I also do other various exercises but not daily, please give me some advice, thanks.

  • @hockeyluver1111 You should do as many as you can in one min and right down your score. So that way next time you do the exercise you can try to beat your old score.

  • good workout, doing a load of core for the start of the rugby season (i'm from the U.K) so all this stuff really helps mix it up :) keep it up man, i hope you make it :)
