If impoverished Americans refuse to work for SLAVE WAGES they loses their food stamps and general assistance, money and goods that were entrusted to the state, county and local officials to help the poor. Why are they allowed to turn poverty into a criminal act?

Trying to solve the problem of human trafficking by cutting down on business and economic links will not work. It might result in even higher amount of trafficking, due to loss of economic oppurtunity. A beetre solution to this problem , and a harder one, is work at the grass roots, educating, buiding commerce, providing alternative sources of revenue, and help in creating employment oppurtunities.
