  • If you look up in the book called the Apocrypha and read II Esdras 13:40-46 "Those are the 10 Tribes, which were carried away prisoners out ot their own land in the time of Osea the king, whom Salmamasar teh king of Assyria led away captive, and he carried them over the waters, and so came they into another land. But they took this counsel among themselves, that they would leave the multitude of the heathen, and go forth into a further country, where never mankind dwelt, (Continued)-

  • That they might there keep their statutes, which they never kept in their own land. And they entrered into Euphrates by the narrow passages of the river. For the Most High then shewed signs for them, and held still the flood, till they were passed over. For through that country there was a great way to go, namely, of a year and a half: and the same region is called Arsareth. Then dwelt they there until the latter time; and now when they shall begin to come,"

    This is our true origins!

    Shalom.

  • This video is doing a great job exposing how the Spaniards destroyed our people and have made them servants unto them and the Americans.

If our people were to do some actual research and not get fixated on just the Idolitrous condition that the spaniards found us in.

Then they would find that we originate from a source beyond just that Island called Puerto Rico (Rich Port).

WE ARE ACTUALY DESCENDANTS OF HEBREWS/ISRAELITES,

God's chosen people, the Tribe of Ephraim.

  • @1Ephraimite keep believing that bullshit.

  • Since no Arubian has ever commented in this column, let me be the first. Three of my 4 grandparents were half-blooded Amerindians of the Caquetio stock. The same as in PR and the DR, the Indian trait is so obvious in all of native Arubians, but still, even within our own community there are ppl denying their origins. Fuerza a todos los Tainos.

  • i am member of taino nation and proud to be mixed taino native...always go to powwow n dance there every times

  • Puertorricans we still using some of our taino words today even when we don't know we are using them sometimes like "fotuto" means flute, "choreto" means a "lot" of something. "Piragua, mamey, guaraguao. African "bembe" chango, mango...between others

  • the aztec and the sioux indians there beileved was so powerd full that they even know that was also trouble in other places does places was the islands that today the europeans give them name carribeans wich not what indians use to call them

  • latin's are the southern europeans that are culturally relsted and influenced by the romans, the true speakers of the latin language why would our people call themselves hispanic and then refuse to be called white wake up. and accept the truth that has been hidden from us for a long time ethnically cleanse yourselves and let go of those false labels the spanish europeans gave us. because we are indigenous

  • Actually there were no people called Latins. They were called Romans, and they spoke Latin. And people from Latin America are from different backgrounds, even the Spanish are descended from more than just the Romans.

  • yeah well i speak spanish but that does not mean i am white or black my ancestors all from indian roots we use to have are own language but when europeans arrived they stop the indians to speak the indian language and the indians believes and the indians traditions so i am not latin are the white people

  • Very true, what the Spanish don't want to admit is that 70-90% of them are descendants of Jews and Arabs.

  • i want to tell my puerto rican people that you are also native american you are taino- arawak we was told that we was dead. but we are still here and we are not relic of the past we are not a fantansy and we are not extinct they try to kill us but we are still walking wake up and get to know your true culture you are not hispanic and you are not latino a hispanic is a spaniard. a spaniard comes from or belongs to the southern european country of 'spain latino' is spaniard for the word latin the

  • @shake1bkny @shake1bkny

semign cacona guarri! taino (dios te bendiga) and yes we live on no matter how much puerto ricans themself turn their heads we arent just plena and bomba african or san juan el morro spanish we are also Taino its in us and I take Pride in being Taina we live we always have and always will *

  • @shake1bkny Tipo en español o esfumate

  • @shake1bkny

I agree but puertoricans have also Spanish ancestry, so we are part Hispanic(only the ones with Spanish ancestry)

  • @shake1bkny Yea but you and many Puerto Ricans need to understand that not all of us are mixed with Taino and African. I was always taught in school in PR that we are all mixed but is not true my family comes straight from Spain I am 4th generation Spanish and never mixed, love the African culture and the Taino but you have to learn what race are you and not just say we are all the same. You can't look at a blue eye Puerto rican and say he is ixed with African/Taino, DNA does NOT work like that

  • @TheARTofaBULLET @TheARTofaBULLET LOL how do you know that your blood is pure Spanish if you live in PR for 4 generations???? And as far as the blue eyes go ummm yea well....my grandfather was born in Italy, his mother a town over, his father in Sicily, his grandmother in Brindisi Italy, he was born with hazel eyes, not brown like the majority of Italians.......basically because way back in the blood line there was Armenian & Greeks.

  • Comment removed

  • @TheARTofaBULLET Two of his sisters Look Tiano pure! not mixed, yet one of his sisters has reddish hair and doesn't look like them at all and the other is dark skinned....... not every tiano is exactly the same, not every PR is exactly the same, you need to go back more than just 4 generations sweety!

  • Comment removed

  • @TheARTofaBULLET Do some genealogy, and if I were you pay for a DNA cuz even if you claim pure spanish blood I guarantee you are mixed with either italian, greek, or armenian/turkish not pure spanish, no one is a pure blood!! these days!

  • Lindo video realmente me gusto :)! .... .... Very beautiful video, greetings from Sweden :)

  • its about time! fuck spain, spanish, hispanish, spanic or what ever lable they want to use.

  • El hombre blanco va al cielo,

    Yo prefiero ir al infierno.

  • ohh my god!!!yo soy de DR and i've been wondering abt my native roots...people here ask me if i was aboriginal as well...since that time yo me he intrigado y pare aqui..ahora veo que hay mucha gente ke si sabe y aprecia nuestro lado aborigen ke tanto sufrieron desde los siglos de la conquitas..se dice ke hay tainos ke viven en las montanhas en una ciudad de DR...

  • We also suffered at the hands of the white eyes.

  • Pobrecitos mis hermanitos del Caribe. Much love from the northern Chichimeca in Mexico.

  • Legends and stories is all I have left to pass down to my children. How do I teach them my culture without the anger and pain? It hurts to read the stories of my people and but it feels worse to look at the pictures. But this is good to know...

  • yo naci de n.y pero de sangre taina y me dolio mucho a ver este video como maltrataron a mis antepasados and it hurts to know the truth thank you so much for this documentary!

  • The blood and culture of the Taino lives in many Islands that are now nations. The strongest being P.R. D.R Cuba and Jamaica. Look how many people are named indio because they look like Tainos. You know that movie invasion from mars. Thats how it felt to the taino the 1st tribe to rise up against the invasion.

  • In Chile, from where I am, we respect acknowledge and respect the native past of our nation. I am glad the same happens in Dominican Republic.

The past of the Americas was native, and we shouldn't forget it if you want to keep ours roots alive.

  • Oevega, actually In DR even though we said we were indians. People assumed that the indian were wiped out. I mean you got indains walking around thinking that there are no more indians when they infact are indians. Sadly it took dna testing for us to prove that we are still here. So the extintion myth is bing difused as we speak finaly. Cause I was kinda scared that I was a ghost and my whole family were ghost too. But thanx for you comment. Sorry it took so long to reply.

  • What do you think of the Mapuche situation, oevega?

  • DNA in PR shows that 61% of the population has ameridian blood. Its funny to me how DR, PR and cubans can state without a thought that there are no natives in these island. I think I am the most caucastion looking in my family. And I have had three natives ask me what tribe I am from. One was a lakota one mohawk. One was visiting NY with his wife from arizona. He was pawhtee (I hope I spelled that right)

  • Your comment that there are now taino cubans is not true. There is a taino anthropoligist from cuba that has writen many articles. He has even had dna done on some cubans. Ofcouse these poeple are from the very secluded part of the island. Guess what. DNA show very high ameridian blood. After DNA is copleated in DR cuba is the next on the line.

  • You say there are no taino/native in DR. If you are in NY. You should stop by the native american musseum. My friend who gives taino presentaion took the dna admixture test. His test show he is 75 native. In DR they have found certain individuals that DNA is as high as 50-75%ameridian. These poeple are found in the secluded part of the cibao region. My father looks like he is straight from the amozon.

  • This was probably the bigest of the green lights to bring african slaves. All the dna updates coming out is basicaly proving this. This is probably one of the resean you dont see sambo DRs like you see in central america. It looks like taino dna in DR might be less than 20%. So black dominican are blacker than what they think our would like to think they are.African americans on most of the population show that african american admixture is 25-65% white.

  • Many black DR belive that they are very diversce cause they belive the myth of only african men were sent as slave to the caribbean. That these african men married white or taino women. This is a myth, African women slave were in high demand. In 1540 the treaty between the taino and the spaniord was signed. Long story short. The tainos went to the cibao region. Afther this the spaniord perpetuated the myth of the tainos being wiped out.

  • Part-1.You may not be taino. But you should not say that there are no tainos. You say we are hispanic but then you say you turn to one side and see a black and on the other side you see a white. Now which one is it. Are we hispanics or are we a nation that has natives, african and whites deccendant.

  • deeply touch by this talent brother dominican desent juan luis guerra i sulute you my bro for expessing so elequently our pain our struggle our cry.....TierraAng7 Borikena

  • yea my pops has mostly taino blood wit spainard n sum afrikan i think, n his skin kolor is reddish brown like a indio, n i have 100% boricua that have strong taino indian features like the long black flowing hair n dark tan skin, my boricua fam is from san lorenzo part of PR where most of the tainos escaped 2 bak in the days 2 flee, thas the mountain part of boriken the jibaros, dominicans have a mo presence of afrikan n spainard which is mulatto, rikans have mo of a mestizos race in PR n abroad

  • I see you have not seen Dominicans from el cibao. Many of them look like PR's. They have strong native feature they look like they are from central or south america.

  • aprende a escribir

  • I was able to post a pic let me know if you still think there are no tainos in DR. Both my parents are from el cibao part of the island they looke much more native than me.

  • theres no taino in DR,dr has the most and the biggest taino musuems in the caribean it was proven that 90% of dom. have taino and african desendents 73% of dominicans r a mix of taino black and white. as for cubans according to the studys they have no taino desent at all and as for pR i dont no there % cause in the diffrent pages that i checked theres diffrent %'s. but in the 1800S over 75,000 aztec indians were brought to pr to work in the suger plantations so they have more aztec then taino

  • Domincianmestizo thats why most indian lookin pRs look mexican havent u notice that cause i have. most are just desendents of the 75,000 aztecs that the spanish brought to work in the fields but theres no dening that they do have alot of taino in them.i may be a white dom. i get mistaken for a white boy all the time but i no there something in there somewhere. as for dom.s 90% may have black and taino but of course the black features are always stronger then the rest thats just fact.

  • xxeitrintarioxx. You post is intersting. In the caribbean they infact might not have many full blooded taino. Pre columbus the caribbean was kinda a melting pot of natives. There is proof that what we call tainos were a combination of native from north, central and south america. So when I say taino I am actually saying native.

  • part4 Also many of the PR's, DR's and Cubans consider themselves white, but many are actually mulatos or mestizos. And I am not saying that there are no pure whites living in the islands. I guess I have to make to post smaller. The end of my long post.

  • Part3-The only thing I ask is when people ask about taino's. Is for our brother's not to deny us. You may not be native but at least acknowledge that there are people of native decent still living in these islands.

  • Its not letting post part 3 of my long post.

  • Part 2-It's funny how history books say that the taino's are wiped out. No more left in the island. But dna is finally proving what some Dominicans, Puerto Ricans and Cubans have been saying. We taino are still here. But I don't want the above to seem that I am taking anything away from our afro Dominicans, afro Puerto Ricans and afro Cuban brother's. They too have contributed to our history.

  • I met a tribe at my university (UPRM), they were getting their dna tested

  • Were they tainos? If they hopefully they were DR, PR, cubans. I actually ordered a kit. Not to prove but cause I am curious.

  • Yes they were and they are from Puerto Rico. Dr. Martinez Cruzado from the Unviersity of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez found them.

  • They were all from PR? Are you PR? if so did you take the test. I belive if you of native deccent you alredy know. The test its kinda proving to the world that we are still here.

  • Yes they were all from Puerto Rico and no I'm not, I'm from NY.

  • I too live in NY. Are you dominican?

  • No, puerto rican and italian.

  • Sound like a nice combination. I am sure your a hottie. I went to your page no pic. Do you have one? Curious to see how the combo looks.

  • part 1-DNA has shown that there are decendent of native people (Taino) in Dominican Republic, Puerto rico and Cuba. In the Cibao part of DR there is more sign of people with native blood. In fact I met a Dominican man that has always consider himself native (taino). But anyways when I met this gentleman I was stunned of how native he looked. I have met a few north native Americans and I been told that I have native traits. But I'll tell you this, the dominican dude has very strong native.

  • Quisqueya will never forget..nunca olvidaremos.

  • Yo soy puertorriquena y me encantaria saber si tengo raza taina.

  • This bitter sweet clip speaks in volumes. Done very eloquently. This will show that although we were dragged and beaten we could not be exterminated. We are here Alive and well. Thank you for you clip. Bravo.

  • Finally they say the Truth! Wake up Puerto rico We are not latinos or hispanic WE WRE NATIVE WE COME FROM THE ISLANDS AND TOLD LIES AFTER LIES TO DENY WHO WE ARE WE ARE STILL HERE TANIOS

  • I am 100% TAINO. And i have noticed the natives here have gages in thier ears!

I have had gaged out ears for years now and people are always that im supposed to love listening to salsa music and act like a criminal. wtf?

I'll always live my life sxe

  • the first taino indian tribe in jamaica came in around 650AD.they came through the antills, from the northen coast south america, including venezuela.the last lift to jamica 900AD.when th spanish came to jamaica thats what they first saw there.

  • this has to be the most powerful, informative video on youtube.

    Let the truth be told!!

  • Buen video, felicidades, TAINOS SIEMPRE!!
