  • i wish i fuckin' saw this band

  • You can get record from the Innerstrength store. Just google Innerstrength Records Official Store. It's on sale right now. I don't have any left, otherwise I'd recommend buying direct from our myspace.

  • ok...where the fuck is the cd @? i would like to hear this professionally done...reminds me of old shai hulud!

  • when did they play in winsted????

  • November 24, 2006 at The Playroom, which, like most of this area's venues, does not exist anymore.

  • Hardcore punk is not about clothing. I like what you do no matter about how you look.

Fuck all the posers and WEEZER ROCKS!!!

  • there's appeal in real musicians who play great music and not the pretensious facade of a "5 for one deal" package ready to be sold on the market like fresh meat. I'm really sad to see so many of you critisizing a solid band who play music the way they fucking wrote it and it's good, case closed really. Take a look at the members of other bands, you might be surprised how many "normal" dudes play metal and aren't in the "music industry" to impress anyone. eyecandy on stage, shit for talent.

  • I never said "these guys suck, they dress like tools". THAT would be closed minded. Instead I said "these guys rock, they should take their image more seriously if they want to go places". It's called constructive criticism, don't be so fucking sensitive.

  • So why should we care what the industry says? BOMB THE MUSIC INDUSTRY!

  • If you want to be a professional musician you should care what the industry says. If you want to work at guitar center for minimum wage to pay the bills in between gigs, then by all means, bomb the music industry.

  • @CaptainVicStevens Thats fucked up. With morons like you, its no wonder why multiple pop stars have the same exact people writing and producing their songs. Fuck what the industry says.

  • @enacku I agree, if you're a FAN of music, fuck what the industry says, you should only care about what you like. But if you're trying to make a living out of music and play PROFESSIONALLY, then you need to care about the industry.

  • @CaptainVicStevens I'm sorry I called you a moron, the music industry is just like the government media complex, they put out and produce only what they want you to hear. And if someone goes against it, they get shunned. We'll I've been ignoring this whole main stream music industry for about the last 10 years. We just need people to wake up to the garbage that is being put out now, and don't buy it or listen to it. I haven't turned on FM radio or MTV in forever! Screw em, its all filth!

  • @enacku I agree and that's the sad part. Good musicians will never "make it" unless they play the game. It's nothing new, it's been going on for decades. You either play by the industry's rules and have a fighting chance at making a decent living playing music, or you say "fuck them" and end up fighting an uphill battle that you'll never win. It's not just MTV or FM radio that I'm talking about. All the major and semi-major labels expect certain marketable looks and sounds from their bands.

  • Give me a break with all this "It's about the music mannnnn who cares what you look like" crap.

I said right from the start that I like these guys REGARDLESS of what they look like. That's WHY I want them to take their image seriously because it DOES matter. Image is a major fucking part of the music industry and the cold hard facts are that you're not going to be successful without the "whole package" and image is part of the whole package. Anyone with half a brain knows that.

  • i wanna sign u to my record label

  • Are you serious dude, Who gives a fuck about image, no offense but that is one of them most close minded statements I've heard in a long time.Image doesn't matter that much all in all. What is the "metal" look? Clothing, hair, hats, none of that matters. They dont need long hair, beards,or to be in all black.I mean for christ sake. what does that say about a band at all? Their abilities with music is what matters. go back to middle school and think about your ignorant statements

  • You want your stage presence to scream "I'm here to kick your fucking ass" not "I just drove two hours from my day job", I think you know that though. Anyways, keep up the good work and try to take a little constructive criticism.

  • Unlike some others, I won't say "no offense" because I do mean to offend you. You are a closed minded piece of shit who doesn't deserve to listen to real musicians. Now go listen to your fucking fashion bands while you stare in the mirror and work on your hair.

  • and nowhere did I say they had to be a fashion band, all I said was that as PERFORMERS they need to take their image seriously. If image isn't important then why don't most bands just walk out on stage wearing whatever feels comfortable, maybe sweatpants and slippers? Get your head out of fantasy land where it's cool and trendy to say shit like "image doesn't matter, only the music counts" and step into reality where the cold hard facts of the industry are that image does matter.

  • Again, don't take my comments the wrong way, I'm trying to offer you constructive criticism because I think you guys have tons of talent. I'm sure you guys know that to make it big in the music industry you need the "complete package", you guys have the hard part down, you have the talent and the creativity to write some fucking killer songs, most bands would kill for that ability. Looking the part is the easy part. Make yourselves marketable, become the "complete package".

  • It's cool and all that you don't take image seriously, but the cold hard truth of the matter is that the music industry is one that takes image very seriously. You don't LOOK like you are commited to this thing at all, it looks like you guys care more about your 9-5 at the office than you do about the music, and I'm sorry if this is the truth, but it's going to turn alot of people off to your music, and that's sad.

  • I found you guys through a myspace music search. I was bored and looking for some new music. I did a search for "metal" or something to that effect and SWG popped up first so I checked it out and was SERIOUSLY impressed by it. I was impressed enough to dig a little deeper and see what you guys were about and what I found was allthough you sounded like a major label band that could have been playing ozzfest, you looked like you guys weren't taking this whole thing seriously at all...

  • Your lead singer is on the right track but the rest of

you need some help. Ditch the frat boy hats and the church attire and get with the program guys.

    Rock on,

    -A Concerned Fan

p.s. I fucking hate vultures too.

  • What a ridiculous thing to say. When you have to drive 2 hours from work to play for 20 minutes and make it right before your band goes on, you wear what you wear. Not a one of us cares about image and not a one of us would ever criticize another member of the band for wearing something they felt comfortable in. I actually can't even believe i'm having this conversation. The guitarist is wearing a Faceless shirt, the bassist a Newandyke one, both metal bands: just to humor you.

  • Neither that guitarist, nor the singer, are in the band as is, but next time, comment on the video, not our fucking clothes.

  • In closing, next time I see a video of you guys, AT LEAST two of you better have long mangy hair (how else can you really headbang?), some gnarly beards (you sound mean, LOOK mean too), some black clothes on (you're in a fucking metal band goddamnit not John Mayer)and you better get into the music, you guys are all stiff and shit like it's the first show you've ever played, FEEL the music, BE the music...

  • Image isn't everything, but it's something, and if you ever expect to make something big out of this, which you guys have the talent to do, you have GOT to work on "the look". Trust me, sounding like Hatebreed but looking like Weezer isn't going to get you very far. And I tell you this because I like you and think you have alot of potential....

  • Dear Shallow Water Grave,

You guys rock pretty hard but you look like you're dressed for a frat party. Your fucking bassist is wearing a collard shirt with a sweater over it for christ's sake. I heard lay in wait on myspace and thought "holy shit these guys fucking rock" then I took a look at your pictures and was very disapointed...
