@stru81 Ummm.....no. In this scenario, the driver is doing 5kmp/h over the speed limit, so why wouldn't the driver be in the wrong? The woman lays dead on the road and you complain about laying blame??? The time it takes to react, by getting your foot off the accelerator and onto the brakes is between 1.5 and 4 seconds with the average being 2.5. At 60 kmp/h thats 18 METERS. before you even START to slow down. The driver of a motor vehicle has A LOT more responsibility then they think.
